"Who-who are you?? Director Ford, Director Ford, what's going on??! Ah...!" Lori was in excruciating pain from her hair being pulled at and she did not have the time to even find out who was doing it. She could only pretend to be calm and resist. "Who are you? How could you be so reckless? You... Director Ford..."
Sabrina clenched her grip on Lori's hair and, because her heels were too tall for her to walk easily, she went ahead and kicked them off outside the door of Sebastian's office. Even so, the bare-footed Sabrina was still slightly taller than Lori. Therefore, when she held onto Lori's hair and dragged her out, Lori could not resist but to simply think of a way to beg for Sabrina's mercy while she was in pain. Just like that, Sabrina continued to drag her out.
"Woman, I don't usually come to my husband's office because I didn't have a reason to! And today, you gave me the perfect chance to make a scene. I'm going to drag you all the way out to the gate from my husband's office! I want everyone to see what happens when you barge into my husband's office!" Sabrina said with absolute composure as she dragged Lori out.
"It's a misunderstanding, Mrs. Ford. You must be Mrs. Ford, right? You have misunderstood, I came here today only to-"
Before she could finish, Sabrina raised her hand and
fiercely slapped her across the face. A clear palm print instantly appeared on Lori's cheek.
Before Lori could respond, Sabrina continued to drag her out by the hair.
Sabrina's grip was strong. Her expression was calm, but her action left no space for hesitation. There were tens of thousands of employees in the entire Ford Group and, when they overheard someone fighting, the employees could not help their curiosity to come out for a peek. Once they saw what was happening, everyone was shocked. This was the Ford Group, the biggest corporate operation in all of South City. They had never seen anything this ridiculous occurring in the Ford Group, let alone outside of the director's office. The almighty director of the Ford Group, Sebastian Ford, the same man who instilled fear in the hearts of every person in South City, would never tolerate something like that to happen in his company.
A woman with a dispassionate expression walked by bare-footed, with one hand holding her purse and the other grabbing onto another woman's hair; the other woman had to bow and curl like a shrimp because of that, and was in the process of being dragged forward by the bare-footed woman. The woman who was pulled by the hair was in heels and fully dressed in branded clothing. From their looks alone, the one who was being dragged was definitely more elegantlooking compared to the bare-footed woman.
However, the woman who did not look elegant was dragging the elegant woman out by the hair unapologetically and confidently. It was not just any ordinary drama that one would see and everyone had their heads poking out to watch.
The bare-footed woman pulled on the other's hair to drag her out, while saying calmly, "Lori Gibson! You are Lori Gibson, right?"
"You... How do you know my name?"
"Don't you know that I'm Sabrina Scott?"
"Didn't you enroll your daughter at the same kindergarten my daughter goes to on purpose?" Sabrina continued to question her calmly as she pulled on Lori's hair fiercely. Her tone was almost as determined as an investigator who had all the proof she needed when confronting a prisoner who was denying her crime.
"L..I didn't," Lori said.
