"Sabrina, you even lent me money when I was most distressed. Do you know how grateful I am to you in m y heart, Sabrina? However, I can't go back to South City. I'm guessing that Mr Poole will beat me to death i f I were to go back to South City. Therefore, no matter how concerned I am about you, I can't go back to see you. You have to be careful with everything, Sabrina."
Sabrina was speechless. She glanced at Alex, and he looked stunned. Sabrina had the call on loudspeaker, and everyone was holding their breath as they looked at her.
On the other hand, Jane was still speaking. "Sabrina, I had been a maid for a rich family for seven years. I originally thought that the head of the family would make me his legitimate wife. In the end, there was not even the slightest bit of warning beforehand when he chased me out. He did not even let me take a change o f clothes. Not only that, but even my salary was snatched away. The people within the rich families actually could truly be vicious. Therefore, Sabrina, I'm using my experience to tell you that you should be careful of everything. People like us cannot outsmart them when it comes to schemes."
Sabrina nodded. "I know it, Jane. I know that everything you're said was for my own good. Jane..."
On the other end, Jane laughed. "However, Sabrina, I
see that Mr Ford shouldn't be that kind of person. Seeing that he is willing to let you have a child with him and willing to post news about your marriage with him on his company's official page, I reckon that he and Mr Poole certainly are not the same kind of people. Mr Ford should be sincere to you."
Sabrina glanced at Sebastian. "Sebastian is indeed quite good to me, Jane."
"Therefore, Sabrina, when you meet a good man, you should not be too willful. Men have a big ego, so you have to just go along with them sometime, do you understand? Only then could your relationship between you two last longer."
"I know, Jane. Thank you." Sabrina was already in tears.
"Alright, that's all, Sabrina. I'm calling today mainly to ask if you are safe. If you are fine, then I'll hang up the call."
Sabrina said, "Jane, I haven't even spoken to you yet."
Jane laughed. "I am a broke person now. In the deep mountains here, I have found a job, but they are not even willing to pay me two thousand dollars.
