Tessa had originally come to the village with resentment. She had originally wanted to condemn that woman that she hated so much that she desperately wanted to rip her apart in an instant. However, at that moment, the whole village was scolding her.
"Every mouthful of milk you had was paid with the money your mother earned for you!"
"Your mother was tricked into following your father back! She was still a child when she gave birth to you. She was not even eighteen yet! When your mother was giving birth to you on the delivery bed, your father was following around with a widow!"
"We sent your mother tomato soup, but your mother did not even get to have a bite. It was all taken by your father to exchange for money, and then he went to gamble with that money!"
"Your mother was so thin that she had no breast milk at all. You were so hungry that you wailed!"
"It has not yet been a month since giving birth to you, your mother had to carry you and wash dishes for others in the winter. She earned five hundred dollars a month, and it was all spent on your formula powder!"
"After you've grown bigger, your mother went around doing odd jobs while carrying you! Later on, she only
put you at home because it was truly unsafe to be carrying you!"
"If she hadn’t gone out to work, your entire family would have starved to death! Starve to death!”
"That father of yours! That d*mned father of yours! He had an affair with a widow and his junk was bitten off by her! He has not been a man since then! Surely, your mother can't live without consummation at the age of twenty, right? The reason your mother didn’t remarry was for you! It was for you to have an unbroken family with both your parents around! Your father was infected with that dirty disease by that widow. That widow had died, but your father had post-exposure preventive medicine! Didn't you know that? It's been s o many years. It’s been twenty years. The money for your father's medicine was earned by your money!"
