The obese man turned around to face Sabrina and roared, "You skank, apologize! You must get down on your knees and apologize!"
"I said, watch your mouth!" Sabrina retorted calmly.
"Why? Did he say anything wrong? Aren't you a single mother? Not just that but an unmarried mother, too! Women like you are born to be cheap and shameless! Your daughter is nothing but a little skank like her skank mother, and she dares to hit my son? Who on earth do you think you are?"
A vicious-looking woman who stood next to the obese man was glaring at her. She was dressed in a black and white striped coat made of mink fur as if to show off how wealthy she was. The makeup on her face was so heavy that it almost seemed like it was falling apart as she was shouting at Sabrina. Clearly, that couple were uneducated nouveau riche, and Sabrina was not intimidated by their presence.
"If I'm not mistaken, my daughter is a year younger than your son, how could she possibly beat him up? Besides, kids fool around and sometimes they could get hurt in the process, is it really necessary to overreact?" Sabrina looked at her daughter Aino, before turning to study the child of the couple and found their son towering over Aino by height. He was staring daggers at Aino, while Aino refused to let him
get the upper hand and made faces towards the boy whenever she had the chance.
"Aino!" Sabrina scolded, and Aino instantly stopped.
"How dare you speak as if you have done nothing wrong here! You foreign skank! You will get your daughter to kneel and apologize to my son right now! You must, or we will not let this slip by!" The woman was furious at the fact that both Sabrina and Aino didn't seem to be scared of them at all, and looked as though she was ready to jump on the two. i
"Mrs. Sullivan, let's calm down a little bit, shall we? W e can negotiate and discuss this, please bear with me." Miss. Wais tried to comfort Mrs. Sullivan hurriedly in fear that the situation would escalate. It took her some effort to finally calm Mrs. Sullivan down before she turned to pull Sabrina aside.
"Ms. Scott," Miss. Wais said with a nervous smile." Honestly, your daughter is simply out of control. She might be a girl but she doesn't fall short to any boy when it comes down to a fight. There is no arguing that she was the one that hit Leo today."
"If my daughter really did hit someone with no reason at all, I will have her apologize, but she will not kneel! I will not allow my daughter to kneel before anyone. Besides, even if they are just kids, there must have been a reason for them to fight. There are surveillance cameras in the kindergarten, I would like to check the footage to see what happened!" Sabrina demanded calmly. She knew Aino better than anybody in the world and Aino was the sweetest child at home. She would often offer to help take care of her uncle and when her mother was not in the house or busy with work, she would help her uncle out to get some sunlight all by herself. At the age of five, Aino was already a great helper at home. Whenever she would see stray animals on the street on her daily walk with her mother, she would always get emotional and ask," Mommy, will they starve? Will someone bully them? 2
A child with such a kind heart would never hit
someone without reason. Though Aino was a sweet little girl who helped her mother out at home, she was fearless. Despite being a girl, the one thing that she said most frequently to her mother was, "Mommy, when I grow up, I will protect you and uncle from anyone who tries to bully you."
Just as predicted by Zayn, Aino had inherited Sebastian Ford's personality after all. Regardless, Sabrina refused to believe that her daughter would cause unnecessary trouble and had therefore insisted on viewing the footage of the surveillance cameras to find out how it happened. She refused to apologize otherwise.
Miss. Wais had no choice but to whisper, "Ms. Scott, Leo's father has a lot of connections here in our county and the Sullivan Family is extremely powerful. Mr. Sullivan here is a titled military personnel himself, you shouldn't mess with them."
