Still Wanna Escape After Stealing My Heart? novel Chapter 397

'Help him get dressed?' Sabrina couldn't help but repeat those words in her mind again. She had never helped a man get dressed before. She wouldn't even know where to start, but seeing that he was waiting with both of his arms raised in the air, she complied and took the top of the pajamas in hand. First through the left shoulder, and then the right shoulder, with both of his arms into the sleeves, all that was left was t o button it up.

She realized she was standing extremely close to him as she was doing so, so much so that she was practically leaning into his skin. She could smell the shower gel from him and was not surprised how chilly his body was. The man seemed to enjoy cold showers despite it being winter at the time, after all. Pretty soon, his skin became boiling hot under her fingers, and it felt as though electricity had run through her body from the tip of her finger when it accidently connected with the man's skin. She immediately retracted her hands before continuing with the task in hand. The first few buttons were extremely difficult for her, considering that he was 1.9 meters tall and she was at least twenty centimeters shorter than him. She had to remain on her toes the entire time and was rocking back and forth as she struggled to balance herself. Eventually, she ended up falling towards him and realized his steel-like arms were around her waist.

She instinctively tried to push him away but the restraint of his arms tightened around her, and before she could escape, his lips were already on top of hers. Almost at the same time, the phone Sebastian had left in a pile of clothes rang. His expression darkened as soon as he heard the ringtone, but he managed to regain his composure shortly after and decided to let g o of Sabrina so he could pick up the phone. Sabrina took it as her chance to escape and ran off. 1

Sebastian instantly recognized the caller to be his father. "Sebastian," said Sean, his tone eager and commanding. "It has been almost a month since the last time you brought Aino over. Your grandfather, stepmother and I really miss her. Why don't you come over with Aino tomorrow since it's the weekend?"

"Alright." Sebastian did not plan on refusing. If his father wanted him to come by, he fully intended to make use of the opportunity and introduce his entire family to them. After hanging up and setting the phone down, he looked down at his pajamas and couldn't help but chuckled in resignation when he found all the buttons in the wrong places. He unbuttoned and fixed them before proceeding to wear the pajama bottom and stepped out in his slippers.

Coincidentally, that was when Aunt Lewis returned with Aino and he didn't get to finish what he intended with Sabrina.

‘That's fine,' he thought, ‘there is plenty of time for that later at night.'

That night, Sabrina did not escape her fate of repaying Sebastian's favor for teaching her how to drive. He mocked her mercilessly after they were done and said, "How unlucky I am to have married you. I had to take the time to teach you how to drive and even after all those hours we put into it, you are still as clumsy as ever! I have no choice but to keep an eye out for you all the time."

Sabrina flung her arm to whip the man across his chest and he immediately grabbed hold of her wrist. H e placed an arm under her head to hold her closer and reached over the side table to turn the lights off and said, "Go to sleep." 1

The next day, Sabrina was awake earlier than usual. She chose a comfortable outfit from the closet and put it on, preparing herself for another day of practicing at the driving school.

"We are not going to practice driving today," said Sebastian.

"Oh..." Sabrina was secretly relieved to hear those words. If she had to be honest, she was not entirely interested in practicing or actually driving a car, as she knew that she couldn't afford one. With what little savings she had, she wanted to spend it on looking for Zayn or to travel back home to visit her mother's grave. Those were the two major milestones she prioritized in life. 3

Besides, she did not look like a person who could afford a car in any way. Sebastian might have

purchased one for her but she wanted nothing to do with it, and was therefore relieved that she did not have to practice. She could maybe spend some time with Aino and do some research to enhance her knowledge on architectural design. She was going to b e the head designer at the office after all.

To her surprise, Sebastian continued and said, "Get changed after the meal. We are taking Aino with us to the old Ford residence."

"Huh? To the old Ford residence? But...shouldn't you g o alone with Aino? She had caused so much trouble the last time she was there. Are...are you sure we should still be going?" Sabrina asked.

"Don't you think it's about time that you meet your inlaws?" he asked.
