Selene clenched her fists so hard that her nails were digging into the flesh at his words.

"Darling Sebastian, I...you had taken my body, and from that moment onwards, I swore to myself that you would be the only man in my life. It's okay if you don't want me, I'm not asking for anything. I only wanted to be able to see you every day," she said as she looked at Sebastian longingly.

Sebastian struggled to suppress the disdain he felt for the woman standing before him. He was running out o f patience. He would have stomped her to death long before this if she was not the woman who sacrificed herself to save him. 1

"Darling Sebastian..." Selene called out to him again, but Sebastian had his hand clammed around her neck viciously before she could finish.

"I told you that I would marry you! That means I would marry you! You would be the wife of the owner of the Ford Group in the future. What more did you want?! I had my hands full taking care of my mother, and I had no time to spare on taking care of your feelings! I don't mind adding another strike to the list of people that I have killed if you tried to disturb my day again!" 3

Selene paled in fear as tears rolled off her cheeks, she nodded frantically and said, "I...I understand, I won't do it again..."

"Get out of my sight!" Sebastian tossed her aside like a ragdoll and barked.

Selene instantly ran off like she was chased by a ghost and cried the entire time on her way back to the Lynn residence.

Lincoln and Jade were waiting for her at the Lynn residence and as soon as Selene pushed through the doors, Jade rushed over and asked, "Selene, how did it go? Did Master Sebastian..." She stopped when she caught sight of the tears on Selene's face, instantly realizing what had happened.

"Did...did Master Sebastian chase you out again?" Lincoln looked at Selene in panic.
