Finally, the domineering director left.
Nevertheless, Sabrina still felt indifferent about it.
Regardless of whether Sebastian was here or not, she still worked as usual. After all, they ate together every day and slept together every night at home, so naturally, she didn’t feel afraid of him anymore.
"Take care," she said to Sebastian, while putting down the drawings in her hand.
"Your tea will get cold. Remember to drink it," reminded Sebastian.
"Mmm."
"Also, remember to get up and walk after every half an hour. Otherwise, it won't be good for your cervical spine," Sebastian said again.
"Mmm.”
Her passive replies left Sebastian completely speechless.
He really wanted to ask her, "Why is it that you can smile so brightly when you’re with your girlfriends, but have so few words to say when it comes to your husband?"
However, he realised that if he did ask that, others could suspect that he was even jealous of women. As
such, Sebastian thought it would be best if he kept his mouth shut.
Saying nothing else, he left the office just like that.
Meanwhile, Sabrina did not even send him off.
After having gone through the entire ordeal earlier, she was truly swamped now.
Yet, she had to stick to her belief that today’s matters should be completed by today.
She could have finished up her work by morning today.
However, she only managed to get through half of it because of how Selene and Sebastian had come to the firm and caused a scene. Her intuition told her that once Sebastian finally leaves the building, she would instantly be surrounded by the people in the office who were all burning to ask questions. Therefore, she couldn't put off the work anymore.
As expected, once they saw Sebastian step foot into the elevator, the other employees quickly gathered around Sabrina’s desk.
"Sabrina! Your husband is too gentle and caring!"
"I couldn't tell that he was the ruthless director of the Ford Group at all!"
"Well... Sabrina, tell me, how did you manage to tame a man like him, the so-called living embodiment of Hades?"
"Please do share." "Sabrina, I really admire you."
Sabrina didn't know how to react to her colleagues' remarks.
Did she really tame Sebastian?
