Sabrina was not at all surprised when she heard Old Master Shaw’s words.
"So what?" She looked at the elderly man with disdain. "Are you here to assert your dominance over me today or have you come to seek revenge for your granddaughter? You must have been aware of how she had humiliated herself with her scandalous behaviour here at the company last week. When it comes to being shameless, your granddaughter is much better at it than me, Mr Shaw!"
Old Master Shaw, who was in the main seat, was starting to get so furious that Sabrina could clearly hear his breathing getting heavier.
However, as to be expected from an older man, who at the same time was also a renowned figure that reigned in both political and military circles, Old Master Shaw was very capable at maintaining his composure.
Even though he had been enraged by Sabrina to the point where he could explode, the old master still tried his best to restrain himself on the surface.
Ever since their encounter six years ago, Old Master Shaw had been aware that she was not an easy person to deal with.
Sabrina was very resilient.
She never yielded regardless of the situation, and could keep her composure very well.
On top of that, the elderly man also realized that the girl before his eyes was actually neither humble nor arrogant.
The granddaughter that he once doted on, Mindy, and the current apple of his eye, Selene, couldn't compare t o her in this regard at all.
Both of them may have been much more delicate than Sabrina, but they clearly lacked her poise.
Especially Selene.
Who was his own granddaughter!
His biological granddaughter!
The old master knew how much of a disappointment Selene was, especially with how often she exposed her own faults. To make matters worse, she would always lose her composure when faced with a difficult situation, which only led to her humiliating herself.
However, despite that, he still wanted to help his own granddaughter!
