Sabrina knew Nigel must be referring to Selene and her parents.
On his end, as she expected, he said, "But don't worry, Sabrina, I will find a way to destroy them! The three of them are now valued guests of the Payne family. They're even staying in the west hall of the Payne manor. Originally, only the two Payne brothers have been staying in the manor, and now the Lynn family have joined them too.
"Plus, the eldest of the Payne family, Harry Payne, plans to get Holden Payne to marry Selene."
Sabrina was speechless."..."
Nigel continued, "And, I heard Selene already told Harry that the reason why Sebastian is so anxious to take down the island is because you have been influencing him to do so. Now, however, Harry and the Lynn family are discussing using the opportunity of Sebastian being so focused on the island and sending some men to South City to deal with you. I called you today to tell you this, so you have to be careful in the future. Really watch out, okay?”
Sabrina said, "I know, thank you. Nigel, thank you so much."
"Alright, I can't talk for long. Take good care of yourself. I'm hanging up!"
"Okay, goodbye. Take care." Sabrina’s heart weighed heavy in her chest like a rock.
After ending the call, she sat on the bench and recalled Nigel's words to her. It was not that she did not want to let the Lynn family go. They were the ones who kept holding onto her and devising ways and means to make her suffer.
She scoffed, then went to the floor where the restaurants were located to find Jane and the others.
"What happened, Sabrina. You don't look too happy," Jane asked, concerned.
She was the eldest amongst them, and her words contained her warm concern that was ever present.
Today was the first time Ruth and Yvonne were meeting Jane, but they both liked her very much.
Sabrina shook her head, forcing an elated expression onto her face as she said, "It’s nothing. So, have you guys ordered?”
"Not yet. We were waiting for you," Yvonne replied.
Sabrina raised her hand and poked Yvonne's forehead. "You smart little cookie. Don't think I don't know you! You just don't want Jane to foot the bill again, so you purposely waited for me to come and foot the bill, then you guys could order! Am I right!"
