She pressed her ear against the door and asked, "Andre, are you taking a shower?"
"Yep."
"Do you feel dizzy? Should I get someone to help you?"
Andre: "Not feeling dizzy."
Mia politely said, "Alright then, just holler if you need help."
"You mean to scrub my back?" Andre teased.
Next thing he knew, the bathroom door was kicked by Mia. Andre could feel the kick was more like aimed at him, "I'll call Hansen to scrub your back for you."
She sat on the couch, her mind turning. Would he remember anything once he sobered up?
If he didn't remember, he wouldn't know about their kiss. But if he did remember, things would be pretty awkward between them.
Mia looked up and sighed. Her first kiss was just gone like that.
Before long, Andre really called her, "Mia."
"What's up? You're not really asking me to scrub your back, are you?"
Andre asked, "Where's the bath towel?"
"I put it away. I thought we were leaving tonight, hang on, I'll go get it for you."
Mia ran to the cloakroom, found the white bath towel she had put away, held it in her arms and quickly walked to the bathroom door.
She knocked on the door, "Can you crack open the door so I can hand you the bath towel?"
Andre swallowed, he didn't even grab a bath towel and pajamas while taking a shower! Now he was only relying on her help.
Andre unlocked the door and cracked it open. He saw Mia's eyes tightly closed as he reached out for the towel.
He found it amusing. Tying the bath towel around, he walked out of the bathroom.
Mia was stunned. He was half naked, and his muscles were visible, which she could see very clearly. Mia even noticed the hair on his abdomen and waist.
Her face turned from white to pink, and finally to red.
Andre was wiping his hair, enjoying the change of Mia's face color.
"You're blushing like that, then why are you still looking at me?"
Mia said stubbornly, "I'm not blushing. When I go swimming, some guys wear even less than you."
"Then why are your ears so red?"
"I, I'm hot!"
Mia made an excuse and turned around to leave. She didn't look at Andre anymore.
Andre chuckled and went to the cloakroom to change into his pajamas.
When he came out, Mia had already put his dinner on the table.
"It's not that fresh anymore, just make do with it. It's late and the servants are off. No one's cooking for you."
Andre sat on the couch.
Mia handed him a fork, "You can eat. I haven't touched the food I left for you."
