This woman pinched his face, his nose, poked his throat, and even dreamed of acquiring Cedillo Inc., threatening him, when he’s asleep.
Such an ignorant, crazy woman!
Mia opened the bedroom door, accepting the plate, and politely thanked the maid, "Thank you, go have your meal too."
She didn't close the door herself; the maid did it for her as she left. She put the plate on the table.
Mia stared at the food in the plate, rubbing her hands together in excitement, "Finally, a decent meal."
Just as she was about to eat, she saw the man on the bed. Should she wake him or not?
"Never mind, I'll let him sleep. A little hunger won't kill him. Consider it a lesson!"
Even though Mia said this, she still divided the food on her plate in half, one for her and the other for the man on the bed.
Andre squinted, seeing the young girl hunched over her meal. She was eating with gusto, as if she were starved.
She was picking up more food before she even swallowed what was in her mouth. This girl seemed to have been much more reserved eating in the dinning room.
Andre was simply too tired. He adjusted his position, closed his eyes, and began to rest.
10 p.m.
Andre woke up, his drunkenness completely gone. As he sat up, he noticed a faint light in the room. The girl was asleep on the single sofa.
Her sleeping position was quite comfortable. Head and shoulders against the armrest, legs draped over the other side, a cushion in her arms.
She fell asleep without even changing out of her day clothes. There were a few suitcases on one side of the sofa, and Andre remembered that he was supposed to help her move tonight, but he had been drunk by those four men.
Their aim was to see what kind of person Mia was for the Cedillo family. If he hadn't been drunk, he would not have let Mia meet these four.
