Kyleigh snatched Scarlett's bag, dragged Rocco, who was still in a daze, and ran away.
Seeing this, the hostess was shocked. None of them had thought things would come to this.
The audience was discussing excitedly. Some said Scarlett was cold-blooded, who splashed out eight hundred thousand dollars on a designer bag but wasn't willing to give her grandmother money. Some said Kyleigh went too far. Others said Rocco was useless, encouraging his mother to come to his niece for money. Anyway, everyone held their views.
Reilly just called the guards over, standing there at a loss for what to do. Things changed fast. She left for a moment, and Scarlett was robbed of her bag.
Reilly glanced at Scarlett, who had always been smiling slightly but now stood still with a cold face.
Reilly stiffened, not daring to say a word.
Scarlett shook off Raymond's hand and walked out.
Raymond followed behind her. "Where are you going?"
Scarlett was going to the police station, but after taking several steps, she suddenly realized that her car keys were in her bag.
What a miscalculation!
She stopped and looked at Raymond. "I want to go to the police station."
Raymond did a double-take. "My car is not far away. I'll give you a ride."
"Thanks."
Raymond's eyebrows twitched as he looked at her." Wait for me at the roadside. I'll drive over."
Scarlett nodded, raised her hand to brush the hair off her forehead, and walked towards the roadside.
The old woman, who snatched her bag on the big square, had already run away with her useless son.
Scarlett stood at the curb. Her face gradually softened. Her red lips were slightly curved.
She could have been at peace with them, but since they came to provoke her, she would get even with them.
The black Maybach slowly stopped. Before Scarlett reached out, Raymond turned sideways and pulled the door open.
