The Adorable Twin’s Sticky Daddy novel Chapter 312

Hiram hurriedly took the elevator to the sixth floor.

He knew this was the most important thing to do right now.

If something went wrong, it was hard to say whether he could survive or not.

Just thinking of it sent his nerves through the roof!

"I may stay here for a while. You can come visit me in the future." Edward smiled awkwardly and walked out of the elevator with Nancy.

"Okay. If you need anything, just let me know. After all, I've been back for a while, and I'm more familiar with the area than you," said Nancy.

Edward turned to look at her. "I just want to get familiar with the environment and the business circles of this city to see if there is a chance to invest."

"Oh, I know a few people. Should I put you in touch with them?" asked Nancy seriously.

Nancy thought that since Edward always helped her out, it was her turn to return the favor.

"You have such a kind heart but don't worry about me. You just need to be a good doctor. Being a doctor is your dream, and also your career. You should be paying no attention to the business circles. You never know what kind of two-faced people you'd come across. How would you be able to deal with it?" Edward said worriedly, "No matter what happens, I will find my way. Don't worry about me, okay?"

Edward raised his hand and brushed Nancy's hair out of her face as he spoke.

Nancy's smile was as pure as a child's. She said, "Okay."

Standing in the corner, Hiram shut his eyes tightly.

Fortunately, Charles hadn’t seen them. If he had, he might have leveled the hotel tonight.

Edward opened the door and walked in with Nancy.

"Nobody has stayed in this room for a while. I don't know what kind of germs could be in here so I'm not letting kids in just yet!" He opened the window immediately. "I'll let the wind in before I change the bed sheets and all that."

"Yes, I'll help you clean up!" said Nancy, looking around the room.

The room was the presidential suite, luxurious and elegant. This hotel was a little different from others. The presidential suite in other hotels was on the top floor, but this one was on the sixth floor.

"Okay!" Edward didn't reject Nancy's kindness. He opened the wardrobe and took out the bed sheet and quilt cover. "I came back on a whim today. If I had more notice, I could have told the hotel to clean the room up."

"It doesn't matter. I'll clean it up," said Nancy.

Outside the room, Hiram pressed his ear against the door but still couldn't hear anything.

In a moment of desperation, he stopped a waitress passing by, took out a little money and handed it to her. "I need you to see what the people inside are doing."

"Okay!" Of course the waitress wouldn't refuse such a simple request.

What could Nancy and Edward be doing?

Edward leaned against the TV cabinet with his arms crossed. Nancy lifted the sheet off the bed and put on a new quilt cover.

Nancy knew that Edward was a neat freak, but he never really took issue with anything she did to be fair.

So Nancy didn't mind helping him.

While Nancy took the bed sheet off, she heard a knock at the door.

"Excuse me, do you need water?"

Edward opened the door. "No thank you. We're okay."

The waitress looked in the room saying, "Okay. Sorry to bother you."

"Thanks again," Edward said, smiling politely.
