The Adorable Twin’s Sticky Daddy novel Chapter 337

Charles' heart almost jumped out of his throat.

Jealousy, like a poisonous snake, wrapped around his heart. He straightened his back, and his eyes shrank dangerously. A strange wave of coldness spread around him.

The surrounding became eerily silent.

Frightened, Nancy lowered her head.

Bobby and Nadia also sensed that something was wrong. Nadia bit her fingers subconsciously.

Bobby frowned unhappily. He had no idea why his Daddy was angry, and that vexed him.

'Is Daddy angry because of me and Nadia?' thought Bobby.

Nadia blinked her big eyes in confusion. What was she supposed to do now?

She prayed in her heart for her Daddy so that he would calm down. After all, Nadia was a girl, and she was timiderthan Bobby.

Bobby narrowed his big eyes and clenched his fists. His lips pursed as his face turned cold and stiff. He looked like an irked lion ready to pounce. If Charles dared to attack, then he would retaliate without a second thought.

Edward's mouth twitched when he saw the tense atmosphere. He said in a low voice, "Mr. Fu, since you brought Miss Ning here yourself, there is no reason for you to worry, now is there?"

Charles snorted with contempt at Edward's flimsy reasoning and walked out without saying anything.

Nadia ran to the porch and watched as the car drove away. She murmured to herself, "Daddy is so scary! Daddy becomes scary when he is angry."

Trying to regain her composure, Nancy blinked her eyes and stared at the empty space where Charles once stood. Realizing how awkward of a situation it was, she smiled at Edward. "Edward, I'm sorry. He... He has a sickness. It prompts him to have extreme mood swings."

Bobby and Nadia were speechless. What was wrong with Daddy?

When did Daddy get sick? Why didn't they know?

"Dad, what's wrong with my Daddy?" Nadia ran back and asked Edward innocently.

Edward smiled subtly. He picked up Nadia and kissed her on the cheek. "Every man has your Daddy's illness."

"What's that?" Nadia didn't understand.

Nancy bit her lips in frustration. Was she defending Charles? Moreover, why should she even defend Charles in the first place?

"Well, the illness is called jealousy," Edward said with a smile.

Nadia shook her head hard. "It's not jealousy. It's just scary."

Bobby grinned, "Dad suffers Daddy's disease too. Nadia, since you aren't a boy, you won't understand."

Bobby thought he had the same illness.

Because he would also get angry when the little girls in the kindergarten ignored him.

"Dad, do you have the same illness?" Nadia looked at

Edward and asked in disbelief.

A smile floated in Edward's eyes. He gave Nancy a brief glance and said, "Nadia, why don't you do this? Every time you come across something you don't understand, write that down in a diary. When you fill that diary, I will explain them to you one by one."

"Okay," Nadia answered.

"Kids, now it’s time for you to check out your rooms and see if it's lacking anything. If it is, just tell me. I'll take you to buy it, okay?" Edward raised his voice and said happily.

"Okay!" Bobby and Nadia replied at the same time.

"Nancy, don't stand there like a fool. Come along and take a look at your room too," said Edward.
