The Adorable Twin’s Sticky Daddy novel Chapter 345

The two of them drove to Edward's house.

By the time they got there, Edward had already changed the children's clothes and were playing games with each other.

When Charles and Nancy walked inside, the children didn't seem to notice their presence.

When Edward heard them, he raised his eyebrows and asked, "You're back?"

"Yes," Charles answered in a low, brooding voice. "Tonight I will be bringing Nancy and the children back home."

Edward looked at Nancy, waiting for a confirmation of Charles' words through her eyes.

"Yes," answered Nancy.

"Is it because you're trying to get married?" Edward asked cautiously in a gentle manner.

"Yes, I don't think it should be delayed any longer. You will support me in this marriage, won't you?" Charles asked in a smug expression, patting Edward on his shoulder.

"Of course! Kids, your parents are here!" Edward called, clapping his hands to call their attention.

At that time, Bobby and Nadia were playing with some toys on the floor. When they heard Edward calling them, they replied half-heartedly, "Oh."

"The kids don't seem interested," Edward jokingly commented, a sly smile resting on his face.

Charles teased him, "Yes. That's probably because their Uncle Edward taught them too well."

Edward raised his eyebrows when he heard this. "Why does it seem like you're blaming me?" he asked.

"Not at all! In fact, I'm thanking you," said Charles.

"Kids, your daddy's taking you back to your grandma's house. Time to stop playing! Otherwise, your daddy will definitely take it against me. If that happens, he might not allow you guys to come back to my house the next time. So, in any case that you want to avoid such a tragedy, then you should listen to your daddy and go home with him," Edward said, putting away all the toys on the floor.

"Daddy, do we really have to go?" Bobby asked grudgingly.

"Daddy! If we don't go, will you really stop allowing us to visit dad's house?" Nadia added downheartedly.

"I told you to stop calling Edward your 'dad'. You only have one daddy, and that's me. The both of you should call him Uncle Edward in the future, okay?" Charles began scolding them seriously and said, "If I hear you call him 'dad' one more time, then I will really stop allowing you to come back here!"

"No! We will only listen to mommy!" Nadia shouted back at Charles.

At that point, both Charles and Edward look at Nancy at the exact same time.

A bit flustered from the situation, she took a second to settle down and said, "Well, kids! It's time to go to your grandma's house. As for visiting your Uncle Edward, of course you can live here in the future!"

Bobby gave Nadia a high five and ecstatically said, "Mommy, you still love us! Okay, we can go."

Charles and Nancy bid their farewell to Edward and rode the car to bring the children to the Fu family's old mansion.

As he watched them getting inside the car, the smile on Edward's lips slowly froze.

On their way, Charles gave Frederic a call to let him know that he would be bringing Nancy and the lovely children to the old mansion tonight.

The truth was that Nancy was actually beginning to get on Frederic's good side. It was undeniable that he was fond of her because she was the mother of his treasured great grandchildren.

Now that the two children were back at the mansion, it finally looked like a real home.

Nadia was immediately comfortable when she arrived, completely familiar with everything in the house. She had already treated this old mansion as her other home.

"Great Grandpa, we're here!" The moment they got out of the car, both Bobby and Nadia ran upstairs.

"Slow down. Be careful not to fall down." When Frederic heard the kids calling out for him, he waited for them by the stairs.

"Great Grandpa! I miss you so much. Did you miss me?" Nadia asked obediently, pouncing straight at him.

"Of course I do. I miss both of you so much." Frederic held Nadia in his arms with a gleaming smile on his face. "I've asked the chef to cook your favorite dishes for tonight! The two of you wash your hands so we can have dinner!" he said enthusiastically.

"Okay, Great Grandpa," answered Nadia cheerfully.

"Great Grandpa, there had been a lot of people asking our daddy about his wedding. Mommy and daddy are finally getting married! Does that make Great Grandpa very happy?" The cunning Bobby asked with a sly smile plastered on his face.
