The Adorable Twin’s Sticky Daddy novel Chapter 684

"Mom, stop it. We can figure out a way to gain money again. Jumping off the building wouldn't help! How about we call the police?" As soon as Jill heard Fannie mention the police, she turned to her with a horrified look.

"Don't do that Fannie. Please don't call the police. Once the police find out what I have done, I will be ashamed of myself. I'd rather die than live in shame!"

"Well, you've gone too far by giving that boy so much money... I've told you to keep an eye on your money. You were so happy with that toy boy that you didn't care about anything else. Look at what happened! Ten million? Mom, are we going to give it up like this? Don't you feel regretful at all?" Ten million was not a joke, so Fannie couldn't help but be angry whenever she remembered how her mother had been fooled by a boy.

"If I don't feel sorry for the money, I won't want to jump off the building. You can't let your father know about this, or I will be too ashamed to live on. The problem is we can't ask Nancy for money now, and I..."

"What?"

"I still..." After hesitating for a short while, Jill let out a heavy sigh. "I borrowed three million. What do you think I should do?"

"Mom, you are so good. I really admire you..."

"What are you talking about? Fannie, I beg you to pay the money back for me. When I have money in the future..."

Before she could even finish her words, Fannie interrupted her with a snort. "Mom, do you still hope that you can make money and pay me back in the future?" "Fine. I may not be able to pay you back, but can you just leave me like this?" Jill asked.

"It's not that I don't want to help you. I just don't have money!" Gritting her teeth, Fannie added, "Caspar took all my money away and spent it. I have been using your money since then, so I'm now broke."

"What should I do? I'm not kidding, Fannie. I borrowed usury!" At this moment, Jill was full of regrets. She had never imagined that the toy boy she thought who loved her would swindle all her money.

"Bastard, that guy is a bastard. He made a fool out of me and took my money away. I'll go all out with him!" Jill was so angry that she screamed and stomped her feet.

With her arms crossed, Fannie asked, "Where are you going to find him? If you know where he is, you wouldn't be here acting crazy."

For a moment, Jill stared at nothingness and pondered. But she still couldn't think of anything, so she sat down in despair. "Then, what should I do?"

"I'll ask Dad if he has money he's trying to hide." What else could Fannie do? They had no other choice but to blackmail Clark again.

Therefore, Fannie went to her father and hoped that he could give her money to solve the problem.

Despite of everything that happened, Clark still seemed so calm. He kept himself busy by reading books and taking care of his garden.

This was his home, but he didn’t feel any warmth.

After all, no one in this house really cared about him. Jill was busy with his toy boy, and Fannie only wanted money. He just let them be. He even stopped caring about what Jill was doing.

What did it have to do with him?

His mind was full of thoughts when the door suddenly opened and Fannie came in. "Dad, are you reading?"

It only took a second for Clark to notice that Fannie looked different today, which was strange.

Because usually, Fannie would just barge in his room and rant. But now, she was even smiling.

So Clark couldn't help but frown as he looked at her. "What's the matter?"

"Dad, I'm short of money, and I badly need it now. Can you help me?" The moment Clark heard the word "money", he immediately understood why Fannie was behaving strangely today.

It turned out that she came here not because she cared for him, but because she needed money.

"I don't have money." Clark lowered his head and continued reading.

The smile on Fannie's face slowly disappeared. She snatched the book away from Clark's hands and began to complain. "Charles and Nancy are rich. Didn't they give you any?"

"They gave me money, but didn't you and your mother take it away? Aren't you the first to know when I have money?" There was a hint of disgust in his voice.
