‘So, Wynton is here for the sacred scrolls.

‘More importantly, who exactly is Teresa and what’s her backstory? I’ve received her help several times now. If it weren’t for her, I’d be dead by now.

‘At first, I thought she was doing all this to thwart the Mega Sky Burial and protect the Chaos. However, that doesn’t seem to be the case. Perhaps she’s trying to protect the Chaos Heavenly Path instead of the Chaos itself. More specifically, she’s trying to save the Chaos District’s Leader who has fused with the Chaos Heavenly Path.’ James surmised inwardly.

“What about Henrik Declan and Wyot Dalibor?” James asked.

Wynton’s brows lifted. “How’d you know they’re here too?”

James replied, “I have my ways.”

Wynton did not press him for an answer. “We got separated as soon as we exited the Chaos.”

“Were they sent here to look for the sacred scrolls as well?”

Wynton shook his head. “I have no idea why they were sent here. They haven’t told me anything relating to the topic. I forgot to ask them as well.”
