Seeing Wesley, a flicker of unease crossed Finn's face.
All the chatter was about how close Brittany and Wesley were. Was he here to help Brittany now?
"Mr. Tueley, nice of you to show up."
Brittany put her anger aside and flashed a smile.
"Mr. Tueley, you must have noticed that Brittany is no saint. If she can stab my brother in the back, she can do the same to you. Watch your back!"
Sherry blurted out, unable to bear the sight of Brittany doing well.
She thought Brittany should always be under her thumb, living in her shadow, and at her mercy for humiliation!
Those three slaps had Sherry grinding her teeth in fury, and she had no qualms about voicing her thoughts, "Brittany’s been played enough, you better watch out!"
Thinking of Brittany being dumped, Sherry's eyes were filled with smug satisfaction.
"Who let this loony in? Get her out of here!"
Wesley frowned in disgust. This was Zac's first banquet since returning home, and it was a crucial moment.
Anyone who tried to disrupt the evening would pay the price!
Sherry's moment of triumph vanished, "Mr. Tueley..."
"What are you waiting for? Get her out!"
At his command, several bodyguards stepped forward and dragged Sherry out. As she was being taken away, she was still bad-mouthing Brittany.
"Hold on." Wesley spotted Brittany in the crowd.
She had been humiliated, and yet she hadn't reacted. Brittany was Isaac's wife, and he couldn't just stand by.
If the Boulton family wanted to tarnish Brittany's reputation, he wouldn't mind resorting to some special measures!
Sherry thought he had changed his mind and was about to gloat.
"Mr. Tueley, could you spare me a few minutes?" Brittany turned to Wesley. Seeing that Sherry had brought this upon herself, there was no need for courtesies.
"Go ahead."
Brittany grabbed a glass of champagne from a server and slowly walked to the most prominent spot. "Ladies and gentlemen, over here, please."
The guests couldn't help but gravitate towards her.
