Isaac couldn't care less about Loraine, and was not interested in her drama. He was contemplating whether to pop into Brittany's studio right now.
“Huh?”
“She's got a studio. Heard it’s a happening place.” Sydney bit her lip, “Zac, could you come with us?”
After hearing this, Isaac asked, “What's this got to do with me?”
Well, it had everything to do with him. Brittany was the one who plagiarized Loraine's work back in the day!
Even William had taken time off to celebrate Brittany's studio opening. She had everything planned out. She'd make sure Isaac cut ties with Brittany once and for all!
Moving out wasn't enough. She wanted more! They had to get divorced. ASAP!
Loraine, standing behind her, posed with her curvy figure and asked, “Zac, we're friends. Could you come with me?”
Isaac's eyes landed on her legs. “Didn't you have a car accident?”
Heard it was pretty bad. How did she get out of the hospital so quickly?
Loraine was taken aback, but managed to force a smile, “Yeah, my leg got hurt. It still hurts when I walk.”
She knew Isaac still cared about her. But he had been fooled by Brittany, that's all.
However, Isaac's next sentence froze her heart, “If your leg hurts, you should stop hopping around.”
“If nothing's up, don't come here again.” Isaac got up, unbuttoned his suit, and decided to check out Brittany's studio.
Sydney was not satisfied. She grabbed his hand and said anxiously, “Zac, you and Loraine used to be so close. Why are you so cold now? Is it because that woman... your wife doesn't want you to contact Loraine?”
Isaac didn't like people touching him. His gaze turned icy, landing on her hand. Sydney quickly pulled her hand back, “Sorry.”
She forgot Isaac hated being touched. Loraine stepped forward, trying to squeeze out the gentlest smile, “Zac, where are you going? Can we go together?”
