The Billionaire's Maid Bride novel Chapter 304

His palm was warm and dry, gripping her slender wrist tightly. Allison looked into his eyes, a self-mocking smile playing on her clean face, "Lucian, can you give me a reason to be your lover?"

"Tell me what you want, and I'll give it to you," Lucian said. "As long as you're willing to be my woman, I can give you everything you want."

Allison wriggled out of his grip. Instead of leaving right away, she bent down to fasten his seatbelt for him. Her eyes downcast and a soft smile appeared on her face, "I only want to be the lady of Lindberg family."

Lucian watched her silently, his gaze unfathomable.

……

Red Jack Club had always had a partnership with the designated driving company. One call and they would be there.

Allison gave the driver her address. The man smiled and said, "All right, Ms. Zimmer. You go back to your things. If you finish work late, remember to call me. I'll pick you up."

Allison smiled, "That won't be necessary, thank you."

She watched the car leave, then turned and went back to the private room.

Nicholas was still there. He seemed to have had quite a few drinks and was sprawled on the sofa.

Vera said, "Nicholas is asleep. What should we do?"

Allison asked, "Did you contact his friends?"

Vera replied, "His friends are all drunk. They've left with their dates."

Allison said to Vera, "You go ahead. I'll keep an eye on him."

She entered the room to see Nicholas' familiar face. He looked just like her brother, like two peas in a pod. If her brother were still alive, he would be the same age and look like him now.

Were there really two identical faces in this world?
