The Billionaire's Maid Bride novel Chapter 345

11 a.m.

At the Oakwood Hotel on Maple Avenue in Northfield.

In an ordinary single room, James blinked his eyes open, slowly regained his thoughts. He looked around, and suddenly scrunched his brows. Where the hell was he?

The unfamiliar white walls, the plain and cheap decor, even the bed he was sleeping in, it all made him feel uneasy.

This wasn't his home!

Suddenly, he saw a woman's hand on his chest, her fingers delicate, painted with light pink nail polish. He sobered up in an instant!

He got hammered last night, so Red Jack Club sent someone to be his designated driver. He gave them the address. Why the heck did he wake up here?

He threw the covers off and studied his own body. There were a few red marks on his chest, probably from the woman's nails. He looked at the woman lying next to him, black hair scattered on her face, only a thin pointed chin visible. She had a nice body. Even though he hadn't seen her face, James was pretty sure he didn't know her.

There were plenty of chicks who wanted to get close to James. Suddenly, his gaze turned cold. He didn't know what tricks this woman had used.

Or maybe he got played.

James got dressed and was about to leave when he saw a bit of red on the sheets. He raised an eyebrow, didn't expect the girl to be a virgin. He took out some cash from his wallet, tossed it on the bed, and then strode out of the room.

...

When Cicely opened her eyes, all she felt was an aching all over her body. She propped herself up with her hands and then screamed. She wasn't wearing any clothes?!

And there was a distinct discomfort in her body. She quickly glanced around, where was this? What had happened? All of a sudden, Cicely's mind went blank, and there seemed to be a buzzing sound in her ears.
