The Billionaire's Maid Bride novel Chapter 90

"There are only a few private clinics around here. If you need medical attention, you'll have to head downtown. There's only Hope Hospital within a two-kilometer radius, but that's a nut house."

A nuthouse?!

Allison's face blanched a little and Daisy comforted her, "Don't worry, that's just one possibility, we'll keep looking."

"Alright."

She could visit her mom once a week. Whether she was at Hope Hospital, she'd find out tomorrow.

After saying bye to Daisy, Allison went home. While tidying up her room, she realized the necklace Daisy had given her was missing.

She always kept it in her bag, how could it vanish into thin air?

Allison turned her room upside down but still couldn't find the agate necklace.

Then, her phone rang.

It was Dr. Dylan.

"Allison, are you free tomorrow night? I need a favor."

"What's up? Just spit it out, Dr. Dylan."

"I have an important dinner tomorrow night, and I was hoping you could be my plus one."

"Uh..."

"Please, I'm begging you. My parents can't make it at the last minute and I can't find a date. You just have to tag along."

"Alright." After some consideration, Allison agreed. After all, Dr. Dylan had helped her out a lot and she was grateful.

"Great, I'll pick you up tomorrow."

"Sure."

After hanging up, Allison stood in front of her wardrobe. She didn't have many fancy dresses. Her clothes were all simple and didn't leave much room for choice.

In the end, she picked out a red dress with a shallow V-neck. It was handmade by her mom and she had worn it once for a school event.
