The Billionaire’s Secret Quartet novel Chapter 951

The man's gaze hardened into a menacing glare as he spotted her waking up. He growled into the phone, "She's up. Gotta go," and abruptly ended the call, striding towards where Thalassa sat tied up.

Her eyes widened in terror, her body tensing like a deer caught in headlights, panic squeezing her heart. She was trapped, unable to do anything but stare defiantly, hoping her gaze would ward him off.

"I like that look in your eyes, feisty, like a wildcat," the man sneered, thumbing away a trickle of drool at the corner of his mouth with a repulsive smirk as he closed in on Thalassa.

What did he want from her?

Thalassa's heart shrank into itself as she tried to press further into the chair, wishing she could disappear. The man's intentions were clear, and repulsion twisted her gut as his bulky, greasy face loomed closer, his eyes full of a vile hunger that made her skin crawl.

"Ah, the wilder you get, the more I like it," the man chuckled, a perverse thrill twisting his features. "Tonight, my pretty little wildcat, I'll show you just how much love you can handle."

As he lunged towards her, puckering his lips for a kiss, Thalassa felt a mix of horror and revulsion. Her skin prickled with cold sweat.

She tried to scream, but only a muffled sound escaped her throat as she leaned back desperately.

Bang!

The chair toppled over with her on it, her head slamming against the floor, stars exploding in her vision from the pain.

The man, with his slimy, plump lips, was left hanging in the air. He had been so close to planting that vile kiss, but she had collapsed out of his reach, and the taste of victory had turned to ash in his mouth.
