Leah shook her head vigorously, "No. Avery is a public figure. If we take a cozy picture, it'll be blown out of proportion by the paparazzi."
"Why not just keep it on your phone and not share it?" William suggested earnestly.
Avery seemed nonchalant, "It's alright. It's just a heart gesture. It's something siblings can do too. But, I prefer taking quirky pictures."
With that, he lifted his hand and gently pinched Leah's rosy cheek.
Leah shot him a sidelong glance, returning the favor by pinching his cheek.
William quickly captured the moment. Amid their playful banter, William captured a photo.
Later, they returned to the campsite.
The kids were hungry. Aurelia was frying bacon and eggs over the grill, with Leopold assisting her.
"Anyone who ends up marrying Aurelia is guaranteed a fortunate fate. She's not just proficient at her work, but her cooking is top-notch too," laughed Leah.
Avery shot Leopold a look, "I wonder who Aurelia will choose, Arnold or Mr. Cooper. Anyway, it doesn't have anything to do with her ex-husband."
Leopold caught the sarcasm and replied, "She won't choose either."
Avery curled his lip, "You're already married, so stop meddling with Aurelia's love life. She needs to remarry eventually."
Leopold was uncomfortable, "It's between me and Aurelia, so don't interfere."
Avery huffed, "I'm Aurelia's brother, and no one can mistreat her."
