The CEO's Unplanned Heir novel Chapter 956

Aurelia flashed a cunning smile. "From the tone of Tanya's voice, she must care about the child. She's been pretending to stay calm but was probably a hot mess in her heart. Geoffrey doesn't seem to have many children, so our bargaining chip got much bigger if this is his only child."

She began to take out another chocolate, about to pop it into her mouth, when Leopold swiftly leaned in, capturing it with his lips and playfully nipping at her fingers.

She shot him a mock-angry glance. "Didn't I already give you a piece? Why do you have to steal mine?"

"It tastes sweeter from your hand," he said with a naughty grin that could knock the dead back to life.

He wanted more than just her chocolate. He wanted to taste her lips, too.

She withdrew her hand and popped another chocolate into his mouth. "Enjoy it while you can. I'm on my period this week, so keep your hormones in check."

Leopold made a mental note.

"No worries. I can wait. Once it's over, we’ll make up for lost time."

Aurelia rolled her eyes. "I'm not in the mood to cater to your every whim, Mr. Leopold."

His handsome face drew closer, almost brushing against hers, a mischievous smile playing on his lips. "That's alright. I'll take care of you."

As he spoke, he stood up to massage her shoulders.

"Does that feel good, honey?"

Aurelia relaxed back into the chair and must admit it was comfortable, his hands skilled.

"Not bad. I didn't know the big boss had it in him to give massages."

His eyebrows arched slightly. "There's nothing your husband can't do."

"Ex-husband," she couldn't resist correcting him.

Leopold didn't like that term. "That'll change soon enough," he insisted.

"We'll see about that," she quipped, "I've got many suitors. Have you taken a number and entered the lottery?"

"Who would dare cut in front of me?" he said with a possessive edge.

Even Arnold wouldn't stand a chance of snatching his wife away.

Aurelia gave him an exasperated look. "I won't rush back into marriage. Just be prepared for that."
