The Deserted Rich Beauty novel Chapter 1998

In the room.

Nicole slept soundly. Suddenly, a cold hand stroked her face. That person did not say anything and only held Nicole's hand tightly.

It was too cold, so Nicole frowned slightly and subconsciously wanted to shake that hand away.

However, she could not shake it off. That hand held her tighter and tighter.

Nicole subconsciously frowned. Suddenly, her heart sank, and she woke up.

Clayton would not touch her with such cold hands.

Nicole was slightly surprised and opened her eyes to see the person in front of her.

She subconsciously wanted to pull out her hand. That person finally realized that she was awake and withdrew his hand.

He smiled indifferently and said, "It's been a while, Nicole."

Eric's face suddenly appeared in front of her. Nicole’s heart trembled.

Her sleepiness instantly disappeared.

"Why are you here?"

Eric was silent for a long time without making a sound.

When he looked up at her again, he just held her hand tightly.

"Look, Clayton didn't even care about you. I broke in so easily. He can't even protect you."

Nicole took a deep breath and pulled back her hand in resistance.

"Are you sick in the head?!"

After she yelled at him, the whole cruise ship swayed as if it had been shaken by some force.

Under the moonlight, Eric's expression changed slightly. He took Nicole's hand and ran to the balcony.

The sea breeze was slightly cold, which made Nicole shiver. Eric pushed her behind the curtain.

In the next second, the door to the suite was pushed open.

A familiar and toxic voice sounded.

"How is it? Is Clayton here?"

Eric glanced at Nicole and immediately let go of his hand. He took a step back and looked at the person who entered as if nothing had happened.

"No, he might have already sent that person back.”

"Damn it! We're one step late!"

Tyler said viciously.

Eric's tall figure cast a long shadow on the floor. He walked into the room slowly and closed the balcony door. His voice was also blocked off.

"You might still be able to catch up to him if you chase him now."

"Where's his woman? Didn't someone see him come up with a woman?"

Eric paused. His voice was cold ;e(:VNY? gloomy.

"She went down with him. Clayton’s not a careless person."

Tyler cursed out loud. "I still missed him after coming so far. If it wasn't for the positioning device in that Lindstrom b* stard's body, it wouldn't have been so easy for me to find this place!"

Eric's eyes darkened a bit, and his lips were pursed.

"Let's go. We can still catch up if we go now."

Nicole was hiding in the corner and heard the sound of footsteps getting farther from her. After the door was closed, she breathed a sigh of relief.

Her face was pale. It turned out to be Tyler and Eric.

Nicole stood there stiffly and felt that her legs and feet were numb from the cold. She breathed a sigh of relief and squatted on the ground with cold sweat oozing from her palms.

Eric was more polite to her than Tyler was.

Nicole did not dare to stay any longer, so she opened the balcony door and wanted to get her phone to contact Clayton.

However, just after she picked up the phone, she suddenly heard the sound of hurried footsteps outside.

Nicole subconsciously thought that it was Clayton and looked back in relief.

A woman stood there, looking at her with a faint smile.

It seemed that she was not surprised to see Nicole in this room.

Nicole squinted her eyes, and her heart sank.

"Angie."

"Hi, Annie."

Angie wore a simple black attire and looked sassy, light, but also a little cold.

Nicole paused and licked her lips.

She thought, 'I'm really unlucky. I was sleeping soundly, yet this disaster just fell from the sky? How many terrorists are on this ship?!'

Angie walked over slowly and smiled:

"Don't worry, I won’t hurt you. I just want to invite you over to be my guest."

After that, more than a dozen men in black attire appeared behind Angie.

"I don't want to go.”

Although Nicole felt that it was useless to struggle, she had to make her refusal clear.
