But during the appeal, his lawyer submitted a report diagnosing him with a mental disorder, so his sentence was reduced to life imprisonment.”

He continued, “In Savrow, our justice system has strict protocols for determining if a criminal has a mental illness. The fact that Lucas Fowler was able to bypass all these layers of scrutiny can only mean one thing—he was a complete lunatic!”

Bella lowered her gaze as she silently acknowledged Steven’s theory.
