Neera was dumbfounded.

Harvey knew what his mother was thinking. He took her hand, dragged her to a corner, and whispered in her ear, "Mommy, you'd have to admit it's our fault. Harvey blinked innocently and said, "I'm only telling you the truth! You're my angel, Mommy!"

He leaned forward and pecked her cheek.

Neera's heart melted, and she lost all resistance. "Fine, fine! I'll agree to it!"

Harvey grinned happily and dragged his mother back to where they were. "So what do you think, Mr. Handsome? Can she pay you back by treating you?"
