Isabella Lopez was stunned to hear it, and she glanced at Neera at the side.

She knew the two of them well!

As Neera’s best friend, she knew about every bad thing the two of them had done back then. She was furious thinking about how the two of them treated Neera back then. So, she did not hold herself back, and she said, "Ms. Nancy is here at the hospital for a very important operation. She’s busy and has no time to attend to others. I can’t introduce you two to her; I’m sorry."

Roxanne and Zachary were surprised to hear her words; they did not even state their intentions well, and they were already rejected!

Roxanne panicked, as she did not want to give up so easily. She glared at Neera, and she looked at Isabelle and said, "Ms. Lopez, can I talk to you privately?"

"I’ve done talking; what else do you need from me? I’m busy!" Isabella did not want to talk to her at all, so she replied impatiently.

Roxanne was unhappy about her attitude, but she had a favor to ask for, so she tried to ask nicely, "It won’t take up much of your time; let’s have a chat over there."

Isabella was dissatisfied with her, but she decided to listen to her since she was so determined. They walked to the side, and Roxanne spoke in a lowered voice, "Ms. Lopez, I know your family and mine have been collaborating throughout the years. I hope that you will help me based on our family relationship! I really needed Ms. Nancy to treat me!"

"Oh," Isabella seemed to be interested, so she asked, "what’s wrong with you?"

Roxanne bit her lips and said pitifully, "Well, I have had a weak heart since I was young. In these two years, I felt unwell, and I was diagnosed with heart failure. The doctor suggested that I have a heart implant. But it’s risky. I heard that Ms. Nancy can perform very well in this type of operation. Please introduce me to her; I’ll be grateful and thank her properly!"

Zachary also tried to convince her, "Ms. Lopez, please help us out. You should know Ms. Nancy since she’s willing to conduct an operation in this hospital! Not only the Garcia family... the Fain family will be returning the favor too!"

Isabella almost laughed coldly after hearing them out. This must be karma! This sly woman harmed and ruined others' reputations back then, and her health has problems now.

But she did not say her thoughts out loud, as she was a doctor after all. She rejected them with a straight face, despite their pleading and looking at her. She said emotionlessly, "It’s not that I don't want to; it’s just that I can't! I heard that Ms. Nancy dislikes people from the Garcia family, and unfortunately, you’re one of them. It’s better for you to ask for help elsewhere! Don’t wait until it’s too late." She refused to look at them after she spoke, and she handed Neera the phone. "You left it in my office just now; remember to keep it properly!"

Neera smiled and took it, and then she left. Isabella also went back to her office. Both of them did not think much, as they thought that Neera was here to see the doctor too. But they’re very dissatisfied with Isabella’s attitude. "Who does she think she is? She’s so arrogant!"

"And does Nancy think that she’s big? So what if she’s the miracle doctor? How dare she hate the Garcia family? Is this a reason to refuse treating patients? She must be a fraud!"
