In the middle of the conversation, Tracy walked in. She asked, "What do you mean by immediate results?"

Tracy pointed northward. "Your mom called and asked me to talk to you."

Rachel's eyebrows shot up. "What does she want to talk about?"

Tracy hesitated, glancing in Matthew's direction.

Seeing her reluctance, Matthew knew he should leave.

He quickly said, "I need to tell you something. There's an ongoing situation at home, so I need to take a few days off."

He didn't want to disclose his mentor's situation to Rachel, so he fabricated an excuse.

Rachel thought for a moment and said, "Alright, approved. All my cars are in the underground garage. You can choose any that you'd like to take."

Matthew shook his head. Rachel's cars were too luxurious, and he didn't want to attract attention when handling things. "No, thank you. I won't need a car."

After saying that, he waved goodbye and left.
