There was only one downside to staying in Sonfo Valley. The place was far from the urban areas, so the traffic would be inconvenient if one entered and left the city during rush hours.
As Charlie came here in the morning, the traffic was considerably smooth. If he were to travel during the after-work rush hour, he would spend at least double the time, and would be mainly stuck in traffic.
The most expensive villas in Sonfo Valley were the ones next to the reservoir. There were only five units i n total. Graham bought two of them, and had spent a lot more to combine them into one huge villa.
While they were approaching the reservoir, Charlie asked, "Ms. Jane, did you purchase a waterfront mansion?"
"That's right." Kathleen nodded and explained with a smile, "I heard the best units are the ones near the water, but I'm unsure if there’s anything peculiar about the Feng Shui."
Kathleen entrusted the task of purchasing the house t o Sherry. At first, she had no idea of her newly bought villa's exact location at all. She didn’t really pay attention when Sherry gave her the report on the purchase.
She didn't care about the villa until she finally
managed to get the opportunity to make an appointment with Charlie. She even made Sherry bring her here last night for a brief tour, just to learn about her villa and its location.
Charlie smiled indifferently. "In Feng Shui, mountains are a symbol of power, and water is a symbol of wealth. Feng Shui will study the mountains and water’s location. In Feng Shui, people prefer a unit where the water is in front with the mountains in the back. In this way, the fortune of wealth will come to the owner, with the mountains as their strong support. Those units are the best choice.”
Charlie then added, "The waterfront mansion in Sonfo Valley has a good layout. It’s built right in front of the water bank, which is just in the trend of a low front high back. It sits in the north and faces the south with sufficient sunlight. This is a land with good Feng Shui."
Charlie couldn't help but laugh as he continued to explain, "There isn’t a need for me to come over and survey had I known that Ms. Jane has purchased a waterfront mansion. There won't be any problem with the Feng Shui."
Kathleen said with a smile, "Mr. Wade, how can you say that? You’re a master in Feng Shui. I’m sure you'll have a lot of unique insights regarding Feng Shui. I hope you can help me take a closer look at Feng Shui, particularly on the potential room for improvement in terms of internal and external structure, as well as the decoration of my house. I’m not particularly keen on pursuing wealth and prosperity, but I do hope that the elders in my family can stay healthy and avoid misfortune."
