A timid little voice suddenly rang out from within the restaurant.
Kong Ming and the other two turned to see a beautiful young lady look at them angrily.
She was clearly unhappy that Lv Hua had taken credit for everything that Ye Fan had done earlier.
"Where did this little girl come from? Go back to where you belong!" barked Lv Hua impatiently. He didn't care about what a young girl said.
But Kong Ming asked her, "Young lady, who is this young man you just mentioned?"
"Him! It's this young man who defeated all those baddies earlier! It wasn't this bespectacled man in a suit!”
The bespectacled man in a suit she was talking about was Lv Hua. Lv Hua hailed from a rich family with a long history, so he was very particular about the way he dressed and looked. He had worn a suit and leather shoes here, and even donned a pair of sunglasses after they got off the plane. He was as pretentious as one could get.
But Kong Ming's attention wasn't on any of this. He looked at where the young lady was pointing to.
The only person in that direction was Ye Fan quietly sitting in his corner, wearing a short-sleeved shirt and sipping his tea.
He looked exactly the same way he did when they left the restaurant, as if he hadn't moved at all.
"What?! Him?!" The faces of Kong Ming and the other two instantly fell. They thought that this young lady was just joking with them.
Kong Ming would rather believe that Lv Hua was the one who defeated the men earlier.
Lv Hua himself shook his head and smiled in disdain. "Elder Kong, surely you're not going to believe the words of a child, are you? Besides, didn't you hear those Indian martial artists earlier? They said that they were going to take revenge on me, Lv Hua!"
In reality, Lv Hua really had no idea why these people knew his name. He had never said his name out loud at all.
But then he figured that since he was an incredibly gifted man, his name must have spread beyond China's borders, and so these people must have recognized him.
"Of course, of course. I was just asking. I wouldn't believe a young girl like her," said Kong Ming immediately.
"By the way, you still haven't told me why you two left the restaurant earlier," said Lv Hua as all three of them just ignored the young lady and carried on their own conversation.
Kong Ming didn't hide anything from Lv Hua and told him everything that happened before they left the restaurant.
"That Reilo was really powerful, so even if I used all the strength I had, I might not have been able to injure him so severely.
But you actually managed to! You are truly a descendant of a grandmaster and a child of a martial arts family! Compared to you youngsters, I have really grown too old to catch up,” said Kong Ming as he shook his head at himself, while his heart overflowed with admiration for Lv Hua.
