ISLA
I didn’t bring any swimsuits and swimming is not a part of our plan—well, we don’t have concrete plans. Zero just told me that we’re gonna visit his mom—he means, his mom wants to see me.
I don’t know what to believe this time. If Zero’s words or actions. Because his words were different from how he acted.
“You can just wear your bra and panty—”
“Excuse me, Zero Cohen. Never in my entire life that I swam using my undergarments. I prefer not wearing one—”
“What? Don’t tell me you’re gonna swim, naked?” he asked, arching his left brow.
We are still in his room while debating what I should wear.
“You can do that?” Zero asked in awe.
I arched my brow. “Of course, you wanna see how I prove it?” I teased. Well, I did try swimming naked but Becca was with me. It happened when I had an overnight in her place while her parents are away.
“And where the hell did you swim naked?” he asked. See, his actions say differently. I can sense his anger as the tint of jealousy lingers in his voice.
“Does it matter?” I asked as I walked and stopped in front of the mirror. I started to take off my dress.
“You dared to wear nothing—”
“Come on, Zero. I’m with Becca at that time,” I replied to ease his mind. I could feel it, Zero, I thought. Confirmed, he seems to have feelings for me. We all do, but his actions say differently. It seems like he loves me.
Yeah, whatever, Isla, get back to your senses, shout the other corner of my mind.
“Why would you two swim naked—”
“Seriously? We’re not getting off that topic If you keep on asking, baby. And we can try it now if you want to,” I said as I faced him. I put back the strap of my dress and walk towards him. I sat on his lap as I encircle my arm into his nape.
“So,” I bite my lower lip. He said, I can do whatever I want and this is the only chance that I need to grab to treat him like my boyfriend. So, why not enjoy it? Who knows after tomorrow, we’ll not see each other again?
Damn, I cursed inside my head. I shouldn’t think of that.
Zero met my eyes and let out a sly smirk on his lips. “I love you,” he uttered which caught me off guard. My world seems to stop. My heart pounding so fast that could be deafening.
“W-What?”
Zero let out a soft chuckle. “Aren’t couples who were in love saying that three words and eight letters?”
At that moment, my world spun around again. Yeah, great, why did I assume things again? Damn, mind!
“I see,” I smiled, trying to be real. “And I love you more,” I asserted.
Zero never left my eyes when I said that. “Why do I feel like they really came deep within your heart?” he asked, more of teasing me. But this is Isla, I will not let him joke around me.
“Really?”
He nodded. “Yup. It sounds natural,” he uttered.
I flashed a wide smile. “Of course, we must not think that we’re just pretending, right? Besides, this will be the last,” I withdrew which makes his forehead crease.
After a few moments of staring at each other, he let out a soft chuckle. “You’re right, baby,” he replied and gave a peck on my lips, which surprised me.
Eager to claim his lips again, I initiated a kiss. Fuck that swimming idea, I need his shaft to plunge into mine. And I hate it when he’s doing it gently. So, better get wild for this last moment.
I pushed him without breaking the kiss. I sat on his top as I savor his lips. Damn, they taste so good all the time. And I wonder how many lips are already pressed into this.
