Jane's stance.

Seeing the person who knows me in the club is something I never imagined.

I don't know who the guy is, but he knows who I am. He must have been at the celebration party where I got humiliated and then got rejected.

"Oh yes. I'm Jane. Who are you? I asked the stranger.

"Oh my bad! I'm sorry for uttering that out. " "I'm Raymond, Richard's best friend and also the beta of the alpha king pack, your ex-mate," he announces.

Oh! Another piece of trash. He's that bastard beta. Birds with the same plumage. What did he want from me?

"Oh." I raise my eyebrows in disappointment and give off a deadly aura. "What do you need from me? "What can I do for you? I hate my mate and anything that has to do with him.

"Easy, love," I'm no enemy of yours, "he muttered. "

I'm on your side.

"You are on my side?" I asked. I don't even know who you are, and yet you say you are on my side.

"Like i told you. I would like to be your friend. "I don't want to make an enemy out of you, Jane," he utters.

I stare at the stranger in front of me. He gave me a peaceful vibe. He's no enemy of mine, but I don't want to befriend anyone close to him.

"Thank you, but I'm not interested in being your friend," I announce.

"Ok, let's do as you say," he accepted easily. I don't want to force you. Thank you for taking your time to talk to me, but remember this: I'm no enemy of yours.

I began drinking again after the stranger left. I have to be careful. I can never be friends with anyone that knows him.

"Darling, who is that hot dude? Ella asked, walking towards me.

"Which guy are you talking about, Ella? I ask.

"The guy you were talking to just now?" "That hot dude." "He's my type," she utters. He's so hot.

I stare at the blushing Ella. This is the first time I've seen her take an interest in a guy. 

"I don't know him." He is just an unimportant person, I reply. Don't stress yourself over something that is unworthy.

"I like him already," she said, blushing. I should go talk to him.

"So fast!" "Are you for real, Ella? I ask Ella, who is about to leave.

She's going after him. I don't want him to hurt her. He's no different from his alpha friend. He has the power to hurt my friend. I stood up and went after her.

"Hey, Ella, wait up," I howl.

Wow. She's so eager to meet him. What has come over her? This is the first time I've seen her like this. I saw her talking to Raymond before I could reach her. He was holding her hand.

"Let go of her," I growl. I thought he was bullying her. "How dare you hurt my friend?" Before he could utter a statement, I attacked him.

"Wait Jane, I think he's my mate," Ella cried out. "He's my mate."

"What! You mean this thing here is your mate? I ask. "Are you sure you are not mistaken?

"Yes, I'm sure. I can feel the bond between us. "The pull is real," she responded.

I'm scared and worried. I'm scared of him rejecting her because I know how it feels to be rejected, especially when you have a wolf. I won't forgive him if he rejects her.

"So, how is it going to be? "What are you still waiting for, or are you thinking of rejecting my sweet, Ella? " I roar, giving out the most dangerous aura. "Reject her and die." 

"Wow! Jane, you think I'm also a bad guy? You think I'm going to reject my fated mate?" "The mate I have been waiting for all these years," he said. "I'm not a bad guy.

"Really? I still don't trust you. If you dare hurt her, I'm going to hunt you down and drag your ass to hell ``I threaten. "Do you understand me.

"Yes, yes I do!! "You are so overprotective of her. I promise I won't hurt even a tiny part of her hair," he said. I will love and cherish her forever.

"Okay! I'm leaving now, Ella! I will see you in the pack. I announced my leave.

I leave the lovers alone and I walk back into the club where I met Amira sitting at the bar and drinking.

"Where have you been, Jane? "I could not find you even with your scent, she said.

"Oh about that, I'm with Ella and her mate," I replied.

"Ella mates: She met her mate already," she screamed. "Where are they? Take me there quickly. I need to see her mate.

"Well, allow her to introduce him to you herself." Count me out! I'm not taking you anywhere.

"Okay, I agree, but you have to gist me. Do you know who he is? Tell me fast.

Amira and Gist are 5 and 6. She gossips a lot, and I like her for that.

"Well, I slipped the drink I ordered again before speaking." I know who he is. He is my ex-mate's beta. His name is Raymond. I met him just now before I got to know that he was Ellas's mate.

"What! "He is a friend of your mate," she yells. "Won't he treat her badly. I don't trust anyone who is friends with that jerk. Ella should never accept him.

"He's her mate and we should be happy she's got a mate of hers. I have already threatened him that if he dares to hurt her, I'm going to hunt him down. Relax. Let's give him a chance. We should never judge him because of that piece of trash.
