The substitute bride is a mute novel Chapter 33

As Clark looked at the beautiful handwriting, Judy's soft and innocent eyes came to his mind. How could such a submissive woman have a liking for this poem?

Meanwhile, Judy returned to the Reid manor.

Lora was the only one in the living room, wiping the table. When she saw Judy come back, she acted as if Judy was invisible.

Judy didn't get angry either. "Where is Mdm. Hebert?" If she wasn't home, Judy could relax and rest in her room for a while.

Lora frowned. "Mrs. Reid, what are you gesturing about? I don't understand."

Judy was stunned. The gestures she made were not entirely sign language. Anybody could understand based on her expression.

Just as she was about to take out a notebook to write, a familiar voice suddenly came from the back. "Mom went out to socialize. Why are you asking for her?"

Judy turned her head and saw Dominic smiling at her.

Judy nodded at him as a greeting and wrote in the notebook. "It's nothing. I brought some things from home. It's meant for Mdm. Hebert."

The things Judy brought back were prepared by Matthew. After all, she was the daughter of the Blake family. Even if she was not favored, the Blake family still had to rely on her for certain matters. The Blake family couldn't neglect this courtesy so they prepared some gifts.

"She should be back later. Just give it to Lora."

Judy nodded, indicating that she understood. "Why are you at home? Don't you have to go to work?"

"I have a day off today," Dominic explained. "By the way, I'm going to the hospital later. Do you want to go with me?"

Judy hesitated. Then, shook her head, politely declining. "I'm not going to the hospital today. I'll go tomorrow."
