True Fated Marriage novel Chapter 1330

"Mr. Robinson, you don't have a full understanding of the matter, so I can’t really explain it to you," Celeste commented lightly, "Furthermore, I have no obligation to explain it to you. Either way, thank you for your kindness. Since you don't know much about me and her, don't simply judge the situation. Thank you."

"Okay," Liam was a little confused by Celeste's attitude. Seeing that Celeste didn't want to say anything more, he immediately blocked her way back home.

"Celeste, you said that I didn't understand. If that's the case, you can tell me the truth and let me know the whole story."

"There's no need for me to do so," Celeste shook her head and said firmly, "It's over. I don't want to waste my time on this. It's meaningless."

"But, Miss White is ill," Liam looked at her and refused to let Celeste go.

Celeste felt her body stiffen, and she was feeling a little frustrated.

"Mr. Robinson, I'm not a doctor," Celeste insisted, "I can't give her any professional advice. Miss White should go to the hospital, and not come to find me."

"She didn't say that she wanted to see you. I came here myself," Liam said.

"If that's the case, it's needless for you to do this."

"Celeste White, how can you be so cold-hearted?" Liam was full of shock. He no longer knew the Celeste who was acting this way.

"Please get out of my way," Celeste said coldly.

"Don't forget that you were raised by Miss White. Without her sacrifice, you wouldn't be here today," Liam's voice was steely, and he sounded like he was blaming Celeste for all of it.

Upon hearing this, Celeste's body tensed up.

She looked into Liam's eyes. Although they couldn't be seen clearly behind the sunglasses, she could still feel the same pressure and anger radiating from him.

"Yes, you are right. I was indeed raised by her. She has worked hard to raise me until the age of 16. I am very grateful for that."

"I don't see the slightest trace of gratitude from you," Liam accused her even more severely.

"That's because my only bit of pity for her has been eradicated by her shameless behaviour, and everything else has been turned into ash. There is no more relationship, no more pity I have for her. I don't want to know anything about her, neither do I want to understand. So please don't appear in front of me again. I don't want to have anything to do with her anymore."

Celeste sounded calm and clear, which made Liam frown.

"What the hell is going on?"

"Fine, Mr. Robinson," Celeste found that if she didn't make it clear, Liam would still block her way and refuse to let her leave.

Therefore, at this moment, she could only make everything clear to him. Otherwise, she would be stuck here with no idea when she could leave.

"Since you are so hung up about this matter, I think it's better to explain it to you clearly," Celeste said coldly.

Liam nodded and said, "Okay, tell me."

"You said that you already know my general situation and also Miss White's. You only know that she's ill, and you are anxious. Now let me ask you, have you ever heard of the fact that she blackmailed Mr. Jones for money?"

Liam was flabbergasted and he squinted.

Although his eyes were hidden behind the sunglasses, she could feel that they were twitching.

"Thirty million dollars," Celeste repeated again, "She sold her custody over me for thirty million dollars. She sold me, but she also gotten something in return."
