True Fated Marriage novel Chapter 1599

Ernest stared at Leah with his mouth agape. The two of them looked into each other's eyes, both of their gazes burning fiercely.

Ernest could feel his heart beating wildly. He had never encountered such a straightforward girl before, and he was at a loss. At the same time, it made the blood course faster through his veins. He couldn't help but look forward to her initiative.

Eventually, she really did make the first move.

The direct and straightforward manner she used was pretty impressive.

Leah stared at him with her big round eyes. Her gaze was firm and decisive. Apart from a slight shred of shyness, her eyes exuded nothing but confidence.

Her crudeness was quite a surprise to Ernest. He felt like if he hadn't responded, he would not have been able to face her.

After thinking for a moment, Ernest's gaze fell on Leah's face. He looked into her eyes and said in a low voice, "After we eat." "Huh?" Leah was shocked. She didn't seem to

understand.

She honestly wasn't expecting him to agree.

She only bought those condoms for emergencies. In case they were both getting into it and they hadn't prepared anything, then what would they do? To her surprise, he actually agreed to her.

She looked at him as if she was asking for confirmation, hoping to hear the exact answer.

Only then did Ernest say, "I'm afraid that you won't have enough strength if you don't eat."

Immediately, Leah blushed.

Especially being under his gaze, her heart beat faster. She looked away and smiled. She was too shy to look him in the eye.

Her wish was about to be realized, and it was a wonderful feeling.

Ernest looked at Leah deeply and could not help but walk towards her. Her embarrassed expression was really attractive to him and he couldn't help but go up to her.

Leah took a deep breath and lowered her head bashfully.

Ernest pulled Leah into his embrace and lowered his head to stare at Leah. He asked softly, "Weren't you super confident earlier? Why have you suddenly turned timid?"

"Why can't I be a little timid? I am still a woman after all. Of course I'll feel shy!" Leah said while still avoiding his gaze. Her eyes darted around the room as she pouted and said, "What are you asking for? At least save me some dignity."

"Haha." Unexpectedly, Ernest burst out laughing. He held Leah in his arms and gently caressed her back. He bent down his handsome face and chuckled in Leah's ear.

The laughter in Leah's ear shook her eardrums, making her even more shy.

Then, Ernest lifted Leah's face. With a charming smile, he lowered his head and kissed Leah's lips.

"I guess this is what it feels like to be intimate with someone you love," Leah sighed in her heart.

His expression was serious and full of appreciation.

She could feel how much he cared for her, as well as how badly he wanted her.

Leah's heart went soft.

After kissing, Ernest whispered in her ear, "I thought I'd let you have a taste before we eat, in case you couldn't wait anymore."

Upon hearing this, Leah's face grew so red that she could even feel her ears burning. At any second, she felt like she was going to burst into flames. She couldn't bring herself to look him in the eye. If she did, she might actually end up swallowing him whole.

It was quite surprising for her that they were moving so quickly in their relationship.

Ernest couldn't help but kiss Leah deeply again before letting her go and heading to the kitchen to cook.

The dinner was very well made. Ernest had done his magic on all the ingredients they bought from the supermarket.

He made a three course meal of soup, steak, and even a simple dessert.

The two of them sat down at the table. Leah poured him a glass of beer and handed it over to him. "I only have beer here, so that's what we'll be having. To be honest, I bought these the last time when I wanted to call you but I didn't. But then, I was worried I would call you after I drank, so I didn't drink in the end. I went back and forth with myself for a long time and eventually suppressed the desire to even send you a text!"

Hearing this, an apologetic look flashed through his eyes. He said softly, "I'm sorry, Leah. I didn't know."

"If you didn't know, then why are you apologizing? You already told me you're more of a passive person, so really I shouldn't have expected too much. It doesn't matter, as long as I know what kind of person you are," Leah said indifferently.

She liked him, every single bit about him.

Leah's consideration made Ernest feel even more guilty. He admitted that he had been too controlled while dealing with Leah.

Now that he thought about it, he deeply regretted it.

If he had just contacted her, she wouldn't have had to suffer through so much.

"Come on, let's toast. Cheers to you finally becoming my boyfriend." Leah raised her glass and tapped it gently against his.

"It's my honor. Thank you, Leah," said Ernest emotionally.

The two of them drank beer and had their dinner together. It was a very cozy atmosphere, and they shot flirtatious glances at each other all night.
