True Fated Marriage novel Chapter 1675

"Master Gary, Cindy and Sinclair are here to look for you and Miss Celeste," Alex went to warn Gary, "Be careful."

"Uncle Logan, I know she's here," Gary said, "She is waiting outside and blocking our path. This time, it seems that they are determined to stop Celeste and I."

"They have repeatedly come to look for Miss Celeste. They kept asking time and time again, even resorting to calling the receptionist repeatedly," Alex sighed, "Be on the lookout and just be careful."

"Don't worry, Uncle Logan," Gary was not worried at all. On the contrary, he tried to comfort Alex, "I know what they are up to."

Upon hearing this, Alex laughed, "You are always one step ahead. If that is the case, then I can relax. Okay, just call me if you need anything."

"Sure, Uncle Logan," Gary nodded slightly and stood up to see him off.

Similarly, Celeste stood up obediently to send Alex off.

The moment Alex left, Gary told Celeste, "Don't worry, even though they are waiting outside, just let them be. After all, they're the ones who are anxious now."

Seeing how relaxed he was, Celeste nodded too, "That's right, you are really smart. You even anticipated this."

"It is always better to take precautions, isn't it?" "Exactly," Celeste did not hesitate to praise Gary. Gary was elated after hearing her sweet words and laughed, "Let's go see what Monica and Michael are up to first."

With that, he switched on the tablet and connected it to the surveillance cameras he had set up previously.

Celeste was worried, "We are in the company. Won't it be bad if other people see what you are doing?"

"Everything will be fine as long as we keep the sound down," Gary replied, "Don't worry. Would I ever let anyone find out what I am doing?"

"Don't be too confident," Celeste reminded him, "There are too many people here. It wouldn't be ideal if others found out."

Gary nodded and assured her, "It's fine, relax."

He tapped on the screen with his slender fingers, and soon, Monica and Michael appeared on the screen of his tablet.

They were actually in Cindy's house.

It seemed that Monica had gone to Cindy's house early in the morning. She wanted to take advantage of Cindy and Sinclair's trip to the company to settle scores with Michael in private.

There was no sound coming from the tablet, so they could not hear anything being said.

Gary put on his headphones and turned on the volume.

He only heard Monica pleading, "Hubby, my feelings for you have never changed. Don't you think you are going too far?"

"You sure know how to sweet talk me. You still call me 'hubby'? You wouldn't dare call me that in front of Sinclair, would you? Monica Wilbur, do you know what I am most angry about?"

"I know you hate me, but we have been together for so many years. You can't just cut me off like this. How can I live for the rest of my life without any money?" Monica was still stuck in her own illusions. After all, she had given Michael all her life savings.

She did not have much money now, so she did not dare to cause any trouble.

Whether she could have any more chances to make money in the future was another matter. The only thing she could do now was seize every opportunity to get as much benefits as she could.

"That's your business," Michael laughed grimly, "I have not taken revenge on you yet for destroying the Grayson family."

"Michael, you only have to give me half of your money. I will find a woman to help you give birth to an heir immediately. In fact, I will even offer to raise the child for you! How about that?" Monica asked.

"If I need you to help me give birth to a child, what's the purpose of my identity as a capable man? Don't I know how to find a woman myself?" Michael sneered, "With my wealth, will it be difficult for me to find a prim and proper woman for myself? If I want to, I can even raise eighteen children."

"Yes, you are right. But can you really bear to see me in such a miserable state? We have been together for so long. I trusted you and even gave you all my money. How could you do this to me?"

"You deserved it," Michael snickered once more, "This is what you get for cheating on me. You are the heartless one."

"Just that alone isn't enough to justify that I should be left for dead," Monica said as she slowly approached Michael.

"Stay away from me. Don't try to tempt me with your old body. I won't fall for that," Michael pushed Monica away.

Monica almost fell down to the ground.

She looked at Michael unhappily and said again, "Michael, do you think Cindy really loves you?"
