Celeste felt greatly disgusted. She did not expect her so-called biological father to be so shameless that he could not live a day without a woman by his side.
She saw Monica left, and Sinclair immediately found another woman. The so- called massage was not a proper one at all either.
Those people were completely shameless.
Celeste told herself that she would never acknowledge him as her father.
She would just pretend to not have a father at all for her whole life.
She stared at the shameless man in the video coldly. He was supposed to be recovering from his injury, yet he was already with another beauty. He just couldn't waste any time.
It was just that the woman was there to please him.
He was having the time of his life.
When Gary came out of the bathroom, he saw Celeste staring at the video coldly.
The scene of the video was showing Sinclair being teased by a foreign girl.
At first, he was taken aback too. Then, he felt even more disappointed in him than before.
He looked at Celeste again. Her gaze was so cold that it was frightening.
Gary was stunned. He reached out and patted Celeste's face. "What's the matter?"
"Nothing." Celeste shook her head. "I just find it very disgusting."
"Do you find Sinclair disgusting?" Gary asked with a smile.
Celeste looked up at him and said, "Tell me, just how shameless must he be to do such a thing?"
"Their lifestyles in the industry are quite a mess. Some people just like to seek excitement. Sinclair has been in the entertainment circle for a long time, and he has long changed. Perhaps the things which you can't accept are things that he regards as a way of seeking excitement and comfort. Perhaps he is just lonely."
In the end, he was still Celeste's biological father. Gary could not talk bad about him too much.
Celeste puckered her lips, and her eyes were dim. One could only imagine what Celeste was feeling as she saw how disgusting her father was as he fooled around with so many different women.
"I will never acknowledge him as my father," Celeste said in a low voice, "I will never acknowledge someone like him," She said it as if she had made up her mind. Those were words she told Gary, but it was also words for herself.
"Okay, it doesn't matter what decision you make. I will always support you." Gary hugged her.
As Celeste snuggled in his arms, her mood got worse.
Gary glanced at the chaotic scene in the video and silently turned it off.
He turned off the light and fell asleep with her in his arms.
Celeste did not get it. The relationship between a man and a woman should be special. It was when you were with the person who was dearest to you, and it was a binding of two souls and bodies, and a sublimation of feelings.
Having an intimate relationship with so many people was an insult to love.
Or, perhaps, there was no love involved.
How could they feel any love?
Cindy perhaps had never known love in her life. How could someone like her understand love?
Sinclair was just toying with women. He did not have feelings at all. He had never been loyal to any woman at all.
A man like him was heartless.
Celeste nestled in Gary's arms and looked at the man in front of her. She listened to Gary's steady heartbeat in the darkness. Celeste suddenly felt that she was a blessed and happy girl.
As she witnessed then how messy Sinclair's life was, she completely understood what it meant to be happy.
She had a new understanding of happiness.
Gary was really quite a good person.
Once again, she rejoiced about the fact that she had reconciled with Gary.
That night, they did not do anything. Gary just hugged Celeste tightly in his arms while the two of them fell asleep in each other's embrace.
Gary woke up early in the next morning.
He glanced at Celeste, who was by his side. She was not sleeping too well, and she was frowning. It seemed like she had a nightmare.
Celeste did not sleep well throughout the entire night. She must have been still feeling disgusted by Sinclair.
Gary quietly clicked on the video, and he continued to watch Sinclair and Cindy.
At that moment, Sinclair was sleeping with Elsa.
