True Fated Marriage novel Chapter 1758

"Mr. Butler, how could we possibly have gotten into a fight? Can't you wish the best for us?" Leah's voice came from the corridor. She was standing at the door of the guest room next door and smiling at the two of them. "We're doing well. I'm just going to write a script. Alright, go and do your work."

The butler could tell that something was wrong, but he nodded. "Okay, it's good that you both aren't fighting. I'll leave first. Let me know if you need anything."

"Alright, will do." Leah smiled as she answered.

After the butler left, Leah smiled and said to Ernest, "Ernest, sleep on your own tonight. Sleep earlier. Don't think too much, okay?"

After a moment of silence, Ernest stared at Leah. His eyes were deep and cold.

Was she so happy that she didn't have to sleep with him?

She was so happy that she did not forget to let him know.

Ernest nodded and said, "Don't worry. I won't think too much. You shouldn't think too much too. Go to bed earlier. Good night."

He pushed open his room door and walked in.

Leah watched him enter his room without hesitation. Her smile slowly turned bitter.

She returned to the guest room and quickly climbed onto the bed and got ready to sleep.

That night, Leah fell asleep fast.

She woke up the next morning and went downstairs. Maria and Liam were already downstairs. The two of them were enthusiastic when they saw her coming down.

"Leah, come and sit down. Let's study the characters." Maria pulled Leah to sit beside her.

Leah nodded. "Sure. I don't have anything else to do."

"Nothing to do?" Maria couldn't help but sneak another glance at her. She asked curiously, "By the way, why did you get up so early? Where is Ernest?"

"Probably still sleeping." Leah shrugged. She acted normally.

Maria nodded. "Let him sleep a little longer. We'll study the roles first."

Leah was telling them about the characters that she had set up. She told them about their setting, their background and the changes in their personality.

The three of them talked enthusiastically.

Ernest was standing by the stairs at the same moment. He looked down at Leah who was talking to Maria and Liam happily.

Leah turned around quickly as if she sensed something. She locked eyes with Ernest.

When their eyes met, the two of them froze.

Leah smiled without greeting him.

The lights on the stairs were still on, and the lights shone on Ernest's slender body. His handsome face was cold. There was a trace of coldness in his expression.

Liam and Maria looked up and saw Ernest. They greeted him.

"Good morning, Ernest." Maria continued to read the script.

Liam greeted him too. "Good morning, Ernest."

"Good morning." Ernest nodded. "Why are you up so early?"

"We have something to do today," Maria said, "It is rare for Leah to be here in London. We need her to explain the roles to us and go through our questions."

Ernest nodded. "You guys go ahead. I'm going to

workout."

He walked outside.

He didn't greet Leah at all. He didn't even look at her.

Leah was stunned. She smiled and looked down at the script without saying anything.
