"Understood!" Sylvia nodded.

She of course understood that love and feelings couldn't be forced.

"Do you have any more questions?" Claudia wanted to clear all of Sylvia's doubts at once, so that she wouldn't ask her about it again.

"No," Sylvia answered. "Come on, let's go."

"Now that you're done asking questions, actually I do have something to say before I leave." Claudia thought it would be better to make things clear to Sylvia.

"I'm all ears," Sylvia said.

"First things first, you're not allowed to set me up with your uncle," Claudia said seriously.

Sylvia nodded, looking stunned. "You already made that crystal clear, so wouldn't I be pretty dumb if I keep at it?"

"Secondly, I'm quite serious about Sebastian." Claudia's expression was stern. "So, please keep an eye on him for me and fill me in on his likes, dislikes, habits and hobbies." "Okay, no problem at all." Sylvia nodded.

"Good." Claudia smiled and said, "In return, I will also tell you what Kendrix does everyday."

Sylvia grinned brightly at that.

She wanted to know all she could about Kendrix, and she would ask Claudia if Claudia didn't volunteer the information.

After that, they set off.

Lowell was already waiting in the car.

Lowell, ever the gentleman, got off the car and opened the door for them to the backseat once he saw them coming out. He meant what he said about being their chauffeur.

"Thank you." Claudia smiled and got into the car.

"You're welcome." Lowell grinned while helping them get into the car, and closed the door for them.

"If s all right, Uncle. I can do it myself." Sylvia waved dismissively at Lowell as she got in the car and closed the door herself.

After that, they drove away from the Jones family's house.

"Have you guys decided where we're going today?” Lowell glanced at the girls sitting at the back as he drove.

"Actually, I'm rather familiar with Northern City as my cousin and I grew up here. Let's go to my old stomping grounds, shall we?" Claudia smiled.

"Oh, really?" Lowell was a little surprised. "Are you from Northern City?"

"Not really. My family isn't from around here, but I was born here. I lived in Northern City for about a decade," Claudia replied.

Lowell nodded. "I see. Where did you usually frequent, Miss Loris?"

"A church nearby, actually." Claudia thought for a moment before she showed him an address. "How about we head there for the first stop? I would like to say a prayer."

"A church?" Sylvia was a little shocked. "Wow, I never thought you and Mr. Trevino were so religious when you were a kid."

"There's a lot you don't know about us. I liked the sculptures inside the church as they look very lifelike," Claudia replied.

"I wasn't expecting you to like something like this." Sylvia shrugged. "I'm really mind blown."

Lowell was silent. Perhaps the church was a good place as any to go.

He felt like he'd been having a serious bout of bad luck lately, so perhaps saying some prayers would clear him of his crappy luck.

Soon, the car arrived at the church. All three of them disembarked, and Lowell led them to the entrance.

Meanwhile, Sylvia and Claudia followed behind him.

Claudia looked at the huge church doors and said, "It's been 12 years, but it still looks exactly the same. It must have been refurbished, right?"

"I don't know. It's my first time here. Frankly, I never thought I'd actually come here." Sylvia chuckled.
