True Fated Marriage novel Chapter 2227

After Sylvia went out of Sebastian's room, she let out a small chuckle, then burst into peals of laughter.

She still felt that Sebastian was being a bit too stubborn. It was obvious that he had feelings for Claudia, yet he kept on pretending as if nothing had happened. The more he tried to put on a calm front, the more suspicious it seemed.

However, she felt that he must have his reasons for rejecting Claudia.

Sylvia understood that there were some things that she should not force Sebastian to reveal.

Taking a last glance at the tightly-shut bedroom door, Sylvia shrugged her shoulders and went downstairs.

She guessed that her parents should have ended their kiss by then!

However, when she was about to reach the first floor, she realized that they were still hugging each other.

And the kiss was not over yet.

Sylvia stood frozen to the spot, dumbfounded.

It had gone on for long enough, hadn't it? Sylvia thought to herself.

After going back upstairs, she had gone to Sebastian's room for about three minutes. Then, she had sent him a text, which took about half a minute. Walking back down the stairs probably took another half a minute, so she had been gone for about five minutes already.

Even so, they were still holding each other close and kissing.

It was simply too astonishing.

Sylvia blinked, feeling a sense of admiration for her parents.

For them to be able to keep the kiss going for so long showed that their relationship was as strong as ever.

If they did not have a strong relationship, they probably would not be that passionate anymore at their age.

Seeing how her parents were in such a good relationship, she could not help but feel somewhat envious.

She hoped that Kendrix and her would be able to maintain a strong and loving relationship, get married someday, and be by each other's side until the very end.

As she thought of Kendrix, her cheeks flushed slightly.

She stood on the stairs for a while, hesitating about whether she should turn around and go back to her room or go downstairs.

"Sylvia!"

Suddenly, she heard Grace's voice.

She immediately returned to her senses and turned to look at Grace. Only then did she realize then that her parents were already sitting apart from each other, and her mother was looking at her in embarrassment.

The shy expression on Grace's face was like an expression a young girl would have.

It was evident that she was a happy woman in love.

Before Sylvia could think of what to say, Grace had already turned around to look at Heinz. Her gaze held a hint of blame as she said something to Heinz in a soft voice.

Heinz glanced at Sylvia. He did not how long she had been standing at the stairs, but it was surprising that she had not left.

Noticing his sharp, warning gaze, Sylvia chuckled. "You have such a good relationship. There's no need to be shy, Mommy. It just shows that you have a really good relationship with Dad."

As she spoke, she walked toward her parents.

Grace also took the opportunity to compose herself.

After calming herself down a little, she looked up at Sylvia without saying anything.

Sylvia sat down beside Grace and gently shook her mother's shoulder while laughing.

"Mommy, why are you blushing? What's there to be shy about? It's not like I'd laugh at you."

She said that she would not laugh, but she was grinning from ear to ear.
