True Fated Marriage novel Chapter 372

"No!" said the old woman as she shook her head. "I'm just here to get some medicine; I'm not here for Queenie."

"Did something happen?" Heinz asked in surprise, "Are you in poor health? Where is the aunt who I hired to take care of you? Why are she and the bodyguard not with you?"

"Heinz, she is on vacation and the bodyguard is taking care of your uncle at home," she said with a sigh. "Both your uncle and I have high blood pressure."

Heinz frowned again and said, "How about this, I'll schedule a physical examination for the two of you on Monday."

Heinz couldn't bear to leave her alone. He insisted on helping the old woman into the hospital.

"No need. We don't need a health check- up. Although there are some issues, our conditions are alright," the woman said. "Heinz, you don't have to accompany me. Your girlfriend is still waiting for you."

"It's okay," Heinz replied while subconsciously turning around to look in the direction of the car.

They were too far away from each other.

He couldn't see whether Grace was in the car but there was no one outside the car. She must have gotten into the car.

He pursed his lips. He didn't know what Grace was thinking at that moment.

There was a hint of worry and solemnity in his gaze.

Now it was obviously not the right time to reveal all of that to Grace.

After all, their relationship had not reached the stage where they would be inseparable.

He did not dare to risk it.

He turned around and supported the old lady. Then, they walked into the hospital together.

They arrived at the pharmacy. However, she needed to get a prescription before she could take the medicine. It would be difficult for her since she had to line up.

Heinz accompanied her to the outpatient clinic to get a prescription for the medicine. Then, they went to get the medicine.

Grace watched Heinz supporting the lady into the building from a distance. She sat in the car, thinking that perhaps she was a relative. It was right for Heinz to go and take care of the lady, especially when the old lady's complexion was pale earlier, which meant that she might be unwell.

Grace waited for a long time, but Heinz didn't return to the car.

However, she saw Lester coming out of the hospital with several large bags full of medicine.

When Grace saw him walking to the car, she quickly got out of the car and asked, "Lester, are all these medicines for me alone?"

"Yes, Miss Smith." Lester said, "These are only for two weeks. They have to be consumed once in the morning and once in the evening. After two weeks, I will come and get the next batch of medicine for the following two weeks."

"Sounds a little troublesome," Grace smiled and said. "Thank you, Lester."

"Miss Smith, you don't have to thank me," Lester said. He scanned the car's interior and realised that Heinz was not in the car. Then, he proceeded to say, "It's our pleasure that you are together with Mr. Jones. Otherwise, we would have to look at his icy face every day. It's really tiresome"

Grace was embarrassed for a moment before she repeated, "Icy face?"

"Yes." Lester nodded vigorously and said, "A few days ago, the president was in a bad mood. He acted as if we owed him something. It was really scary."

"Really?" Grace remembered that the man's temper was very bad. When he was agitated, he did look like a lunatic. It must have been really scary.

"Of course." Lester nodded with a smile and said, "If the president is around, I won't dare to say it."

Then, he lowered his voice in embarrassment and said, "I can only voice these harmless complaints to you."

Grace also smiled.

"Where did the president go?" Lester asked with a smile.

"Well, he met a lady and helped her into the building. He hasn't come out for a long time," Grace replied. "Perhaps he has gone to help her."

"A lady?" Lester asked in surprise.

Grace nodded and said, "Yes, a gray-haired lady."

Lester was shocked again. When he looked at Grace, there was a complex emotion in his eyes.

"Do you know her?" Grace asked.
