Jensen thought for a moment before saying, "I'll be there soon. Wait for a moment."
Soon, Jensen's car arrived at the unit. He stopped the car and immediately walked towards Heinz's car.
When he came to the front and saw Heinz, he immediately opened the door and got into the car.
Looking over Heinz's haggard appearance, he frowned.
"What's going on?"
Heinz turned to look at him and was speechless for a while.
"Speak." Jensen said in a deep voice, "If you don't speak, how can I know what you've gotten yourself into?"
Heinz covered his face with his hands and sighed. He took a deep breath and exhaled. Then he put down his hand and looked at Jensen blankly.
"Hey!" Jensen frowned, "Talk. If you don't talk, it's going to be really boring."
Heinz looked at Jensen quietly. After a long while, he said, "Don't be frightened."
"Frightened? Me?" Jensen frowned and chuckled, "Am I the kind of person who would be frightened easily?"
He was a policeman. It wasn't like he hadn't gone through many experiences.
"Just say it. I'd like to see what's going on to make you behave like this."
"Ernest is my son," Heinz suddenly said.
"Wait, what?" Jensen was really shocked. He looked as if he had stepped on a landmine. "Ernest? But how?"
Heinz felt helpless, upset, and a little happy. It was really a complicated feeling.
He didn't know what to say. At the moment, he didn't even know whether his good friend would trust him or not.
Seeing that he did not speak, Jensen frowned and looked at him. "You, have you ever had contact with other women?"
"No," Heinz shook his head. "There have been no other women except Jodie and Grace."
"Did Jodie give birth to the child?" Jensen's eyes widened. "Otherwise, what's going on?"
"That's impossible." Heinz said, "Ernest was born several months after Jodie passed away. It's impossible for her to have had a child. Besides, I hadn't touched her for a long time."
Jensen was stunned, "Then is it Grace?"
"How is this possible?" Heinz shook his head. "Grace already had Little Gary."
Jensen also nodded, "It's so strange. You said that your child has appeared, but we don't know who the mother is."
Heinz didn't say anything.
Jensen suggested, "Didn't you deny your relationship with Grace before? Who knows if what you're saying now is true. I think you probably have other women."
"How could I?" Heinz said deeply, "I haven't slept with any other women."
"But you said that the child is yours, not Jodie's, not Grace's. You only ever slept with these two women." Jensen analyzed for him, "This child either fell from the sky or he's a result of promiscuous reproduction."
"No other women." Heinz said firmly, "I really don't have any other women."
"How did that happen?" Jensen also felt puzzled. "Are you sure he's really your child?"
"I'm sure, absolutely true." Heinz said. "The test results are out."
