True Fated Marriage novel Chapter 707

"I can tell he's a good cousin. No one would offer to just rush over like that," Hermione claimed. "I still remember Zachary, the one who dropped by our office last time. Even Chuck agreed that he's good-looking."

"Yes, that's him." Grace nodded. "Even though we didn't have many interactions before, we managed to click the first time we met."

"It's in the blood," Hermione reasoned.

"It must be fate or something, and he has the same last name as you." After thinking about it, Grace did feel like everything lined up very coincidentally.

"Yeah." Hermione laughed. "Even I felt that you guys hit it off right away. Is he from Northern City?"

"No, they're from Southland!" Grace explained.

"They've just moved recently."

"Wait, the Lowe family in Southland?" Hermione asked in surprise. "Is that who they are?"

Hearing the tone of her voice, Grace couldn't help asking, "Hermione, you know about the Lowe family in Southland?"

Hermione smiled gently. "This must be fate, Grace. I'm also from Southland."

"What?!" Grace was truly shocked to hear this.

"My father is Henderson Lowe, and he's the third generation of the family."

"My uncle is also the third generation of the family as well," Grace replied. She was starting to find all of this a bit too good to be true.

"What about your grandfather?" Hermione asked.

Once she heard this, Grace's whole face fell. She never liked to talk about him. "Hermione, I don't know the details, but my uncle is Philip Lowe."

"Oh my God." Hermione slapped the table excitedly, causing Grace to jump from her chair. "So your cousin is the son of Uncle Phillip! I see!"

"Do you know him?"

"It's complicated." Hermione said, "Back then, not too long after marrying Lorenzo, I returned to Southland to visit my relatives. Zachary, yes, his name is Zachary Lowe. He must've been around eight or nine years old."

Listening to her story, Grace was shocked at how coincidental everything was.

"Your cousin's grandfather is probably related to mine, just that my father was the only one in his generation and I'm the only descendant for my generation. We left Southland quite a long time ago, but we're still in the family tree. For my family, my son is the one carrying down the family name, but my daughter's last name will be White."

"Maybe this could be one of the reasons why Lorenzo lashed out. After being part of my family for so many years, he probably couldn't accept the fact that the only son he had would be bearing my family name. However, this was already part of our agreement from before," Hermoine claimed.

"Okay, let's not dwell on that. Let's get back to the Lowe family. I'm sure if your cousin's memory is still intact, he'll remember me if we met. Ten years ago, when I returned to Southland, I met my granduncle, who must be your grandfather! So if we think about it, I'm also your cousin!"

As Hermione deciphered the entire family tree, Grace just sat there gaping at her. She felt as if she couldn't trust what her own ears were hearing.

Even Hermione herself was surprised at the results of her deduction. "Say, isn't destiny a remarkable thing? I'm usually very obstinate, so I don't get along with many people, but somehow, I just gravitate towards you. This must be the Lowe family blood or something."

"Hermione, you have no idea how happy I am to know this." Grace's eyes suddenly turned red. She turned to her and said, "You've taken care of me so well. You even left Lorenzo for me. I don't even know how to thank you."

"This is fate." Hermione shook her head. "It has nothing to do with you. Even if you weren't involved, things would be the same, or maybe even worse. Don't think too much about it. I'm just glad to call you family."

Now that she knew that Hermione was as happy as she was to learn about this, Grace couldn't help smiling and looking at her with sparkling eyes.

Never in her wildest dreams did she think that they’d be related.

"Hurry up and finish your meal. We need to get to work!" Hermione smiled and urged her. "After that, we need to return home and continue your fight. I'll also make arrangements for you and Heinz to issue a personal statement."

"Us Lowes, don't need personal statements," Grace rejected her offer. "Even if we were to release one, it's not the right time now. Hermione, I don't think we should do it. Even

Zachary told me to lay low."
