True Fated Marriage novel Chapter 809

Grace frowned as worry swirled in her heart.

Heinz noticed the emotions in her eyes.

He sighed inwardly. After all, she was a kind-hearted woman.

Her concern for her mother couldn't be concealed.

"Go in and have a look." Heinz suggested. "Go with Alice."

Right now, they couldn't afford to care about anything else.

From the looks of it, Alice and Grace both had different feelings for Candace.

Alice pursed her lips and said in frustration, "I even hit her last night."

Thinking of how arrogant she was, Alice was infuriated. However, in the next moment, she felt remorseful for what she had done.

Grace held her hand and found that it was sweaty.

It was the same for herself.

Her palms were very sweaty.

It was obvious that they were worried about the woman inside.

"Alice, go in with your sister. No matter what you do, I will be by your side. I will always support you, and we will wait for you here." Jensen assured.

Alice looked at Jensen and nodded.

Heinz also looked at Grace and said softly, "Don't forget, we have to take her for an examination tonight."

"Okay."

She then entered the room with Alice.

The door to the room swung open.

The woman on the bed froze as she turned to the door without thinking.

Grace gazed at Candace.

Her face was covered by strands of her hair, and it was pale and sallow.

After removing her makeup, she appeared very old, and her skin was also in poor condition. It was rough and wrinkled. Her condition was worrisome.

When Candace saw the two of them, panic flashed across her eyes.

It only lasted for a moment.

Candace gazed at Grace as she sneered. "Huh, Miss Smith who has been reluctant to meet me, has finally arrived."

Her tone was full of sarcasm.

Grace's heart pounded when she heard that. She pursed her lips as she looked at her mother.

She had mixed feelings as she stared at Candace in silence.

Alice stood behind her. She remained in silence along with Grace.
