Aurora lay weakly on the bed. When she saw Hera frowning, she couldn't help feeling anxious again.

"Is my child alright?" she nervously asked.

Catherine stopped the bleeding for her earlier. Then, she told Aurora not to worry and to wait for Hera before preparing the medicine in the kitchen.

"Did you really take the pills I gave you in time?" Hera coldly asked.

When Aurora noticed how Hera wasn't answering her question, she suddenly had a bad feeling and hurriedly sat up. "Yes! My stomach only started hurting after I took the pills!"

"Give me the rest of the pills," Hera said while wiping her hands.

Xeno hurriedly grabbed the small bottle from the bedside table and handed it to Hera. "I've been keeping the pills carefully all this while. No one knows about them other than the two of us!"

Basically, he was saying that no one would've swapped out the pills at all.

"You better have a good reason for this and save my child. Otherwise, I'll make sure you enter the grave with my child!" Aurora warned with her pale lips.

Hera calmly put on a pair of gloves as if she didn't hear anything at all. Then, she accepted the bottle and took out a pill.

She pinched it hard until it became dust and smelled it. After that, she placed it aside on a clean piece of napkin before taking another pill out to smell it as well.

"These aren't the pills I gave you." She said with full certainty. "They're made the same way as Camille's so-called Divine Medicine and have the same ingredients."

When Xeno heard that, he felt numb and wondered when the pills were swapped. He also saw the test results Jamie brought and was certain that the pills were fine. He couldn't understand why the pills were suddenly deadly at that moment.
