After hearing that, Xavier paused and turned around. He saw Hera standing behind him, and she seemed to know the truth.
Then, he smiled dumbly and clapped, walking happily around her. "We're playing hide-and-seek! That's so fun! I've caught you, so you'll have to catch me now!"
When Hera looked around, she couldn't see any surveillance cameras. She didn't know if Xavier was truly mentally disabled or putting on an act.
Just then, Marriott breathlessly ran toward them. "Mr. Xavier! Oh, I've finally found you. Ms. Gemma wants to eat dinner with you."
When she saw Hera, she said happily, "Hello, Ms. Hera!"
"I don't want to eat my meals. I want to play hide-and-seek. It's fun! Play hide-and-seek with me." Xavier held Hera's hand and whined.
Marriott answered, "Ms. Hera is eating her dinner soon. I'll play hide-and-seek with you after dinner, okay? Ms. Gemma made your favorite roasted chicken for dinner."
"I don't want that! I want to play hide-and-seek instead!" Then, Xavier lay down and started throwing a tantrum.
"Mr. Xavier, the ground is dirty. Please get up!" Marriott hurriedly rushed over and tried to pull him up.
However, Xavier didn't want to move. Though he was a grown adult, he behaved like a small child—not only did he throw tantrums, but he also wanted to play hide-and-seek. As such, Marriott panicked.
Meanwhile, Hera stood in a corner and watched as Xavier threw a tantrum, behaving like a lunatic.
"Is he always like this?" she asked Marriott.
"Ever since Mr. Xavier had a serious fever back then, he became like a three-year-old child. Whenever he dislikes something, he'll throw tantrums," Marriott replied. After that, she seemed to remember something and looked at Hera hopefully.
"Ms. Hera, since you're a miracle doctor, can you cure his sickness? Ms. Gemma tried to get many famous neurologists to treat Mr. Xavier, but nothing helped."
Hera shook her head and said, "Neurology isn't my strongest suit."
