Under the Heiress' Facade novel Chapter 549

Everyone in the ballroom looked at Tyler and began gushing.

Completely unbothered, he brought Hera to the tables.

Sitting and chit-chatting at the main table was Connor Presgrave. His face fell when he noticed the change in his son's hair color, but he broke into a smile when he saw who was standing next to Tyler.

Dr. Shadow!

Connor had been searching for every famous doctor in the world to treat his son, who was in a coma. Now, the only ones on the list were Catherine and Hera.

In Jedburgh, the Presgrave family was one of the top ten most influential families. However, they were just normal people at Youngworth Miracle Clinic.

They had to make appointments to be treated by Catherine or Hera. Hera didn't give them any privileges!

Connor didn't expect Tyler to invite Dr. Shadow over. This was surely the best present he received tonight.

Meanwhile, his wife's expression darkened as she was perturbed by Tyler's appearance.

Had Fiona's son not been in a coma due to an accident, Connor wouldn't have brought Tyler home back then. Tyler was an illegitimate child!

Before Fiona could say something, Lorna Presgrave hit it out at Tyler, "What's with that hair? Are you trying to steal the spotlight from Dad? It's his birthday!"

As the mother, Fiona had predisposed Lorna to hate Bernard.

"Behave, Lorna." Connor rose from his seat and stretched out his hand at Hera with a smile. "Welcome, Dr. Shadow."

Hera nodded. "Nice to meet you, Mr. Connor. Let's forgo the handshake."

Her refusal didn't bother him as he led her to the main table. "It's alright. Come, have a seat."

Lorna felt wronged and angry at the same time. She didn't expect that Tyler could invite Hera over when she failed to do so.

Turning around and hugging Fiona's arm, she grumbled, "Mom, Dad scolded me…"

Fiona forced a smile at Hera as a greeting sign. The moment Fiona turned around to face Connor, her expression turned grim.
