"Are you sure?"

After hearing what Coralie said, the policeman turned back to look at her.

"I'm sure. She left from my place yesterday. Besides, she only has a few clothes, and she bought them with me in our senior year, so I can recognize them whenever she wears them."

Coralie was afraid that the policeman did not believe her, so she quickly supported her reasoning with more details.
